I have missed my PPS Midsem (1st sem), will it affect my cgpa, can I give a retest for it or what is the procedure

Like honest advice chahiye my midsems are going horrible like very much and i am scared ki how much will it affect my internal marks and agar mein fail hogya inme toh kya hoga??
