Is 1 million loan worth it for MSRIT?

we have around 14 lakh rupees saved. 3 lakh will goto counselling so, 11 lakh rupees.

the fees and travelling cost since I'm from north India can go upto 22+ lakh

so I might have to take around10 lakh + loan

is itworth it

i got 115 marks

The engg system that stops you from doing engineering

It's not only one occurrence it's normal occurrence as a guy in first year (CS) who chose engineering because i love it , i thought ok engineering course means i will finally get to learn engineering turns out i couldn't have been more wrong,

-i don't understand the point of studying phy chem in engineering like why ...ok maybe 1% of it useful in CS but people forget 110% of it after sem because of rotten method of learning which is actually not learning

-even math you think you teaching fundamental mathematical concepts for CS in first year , let me tell you what most people learn out of these math classes "ok this type of question in done like this"
That too 2 days before mid sem , after the sem no one remembers a thing because all people did "if this do this", no deep diving into concept, how it is applied to CS , how can you do it , nothing

-coming to programming subjects , sure only good part of first year but what's the point of having theory for 3 credit & lab for 1 shouldn't it be like opposite people just mug theory up for marks , you are literally taking away the joy of learning from them , till whtever i learnt i learnt that by sitting & typing & getting errors fixing it getting it correct , then that dopamine hits
what you're doing sit in class watch someone teach while you have pen & paper ,yeah pen & paper , no interactive learning with technology which is the core of engineering

-dont get me started about lab records , that thing i am pretty sure is from 1980s because back then it made sense

-About CAED I don't even wanna say anything i won't be able keep myself civil

Now people say this is the system can't do anything just abide by it but ask yourself for system to ever change i mean ever maybe in next 100year someone will have start asking questions

For god sake stop living in fear of marks & authority if you're capable no force in the world can stop you , people may have that quote from 3 idiots "chase excellence success itself will chase you" but very few understood it

Ask questions not as form of rebellion but as form curiosity maybe there answer you have yet to understand but still ask questions

This system is designed to suppress your curiosity your individuality but you're not a just a part of herd you're whole different person who is capable of reasoning ,capable of asking questions

I am in no way saying abandon the system & Don't give a shii about CGPA i am just asking you to observe & reason and question....

College gave her a new live and took my love with it.

She wasn't lifting my calls or msgs and I was confused where she was. By that time she called a guy who she met once from a friend of hers and decided to do it w him while her phone was ringing w my msgs and calls. When she finally got time to call me in the morning, first thing she said was, y r u so toxic y can't u let me have fun w my friends and blocked me, I got to know the truth a week later and I am broken ever since.. people say college changes you. I finally believe it . Idk on whom should I show anger on, the guy or her ... It was her intention that broke me. Hope she's happy w wt she's doing

eie in msrit

Taking an engineering seat through donation (management quota) for ₹18 Lakh in tuition fees is only worth it if the college has a proven placement record of ₹8–12+ LPA and offers a CS/IT branch. Paying premium prices for lower-tier branches or colleges with weak placements will lead to a very poor return on investment (ROI).

Bro I Didn’t Even Think I’d Get This Seat 💀

I’ve been getting a lot of DMs asking about seat availability, admission process, fees, management quota and all that…

All I can say right now is seats are getting filled FAST.

A lot of students are waiting for COMEDK results before deciding. After 2 weeks it’s going to be really hard to get good options. Even COMEDK related seats might be gone by then

At this point, you genuinely have to move fast.

DM me if you need any info regarding the academic calendar, CIEs or college stuff in general.

Got some useful insights and materials from our seniors 👍
