Has anyone already had experience with riding an unrestricted bike while only holding an A2 license? For example, having removed the restriction and then being stopped by the police. How does a check usually work in such cases? Are police officers familiar with the different ways of restricting a bike, and are there ways for them to verify the restriction?

Hello guys, i have noticed my mt07 is not getting the top speed that it should.
Im maxing out at 180km/h (112mph) and im wondering if something is wrong... its supposed to get to 220km/h right??
I have a akra carbon exhaust and a tune...

I’m a new rider purchasing a 2026 MT-07. If you were in my position, what are your must-haves for protection in case of drops? I’ve been looking at frame sliders, subcages, full crash cages, race fails and 12bars… tank pads, engine covers… the options seem unending and idk what would be overkill. I’m not looking to do stunts and there’s a high probability of a drop or two being completely new at riding. Thanks for any input!

And little things like master cylinder cap n white paint markered the tire wording
I’m not exactly sure what happened but I did feel like something was off after hitting 100mph a couple times on my way back home (35min ride)
Very glad nothing bad happened, seems like it caught
itself sideways so nothing could come apart

Wheelie bin blew off a trailer in front of me when testing my camera for the first time. It's hard to see but it was initially bouncing around down the road and hard to judge, along with a car coming the other way, so I couldn't avoid or swerve the way I would have preferred. Close enough.
So, Mt07 2015, new front/back sprocket + chain (DID Gold), changed around 1000km ago, making this sound.
Video was done right after cleaning/lubing chain. I even cleaned everything under the sprocket guard. What could this be?
I recently put a Yoshimura exhaust on my 26 MT and I noticed the fuel consumption is not ideal. I’m curious if I should take it to a tuning place and get that adjusted. Any suggestions ?
Sold my ‘21 07 a few years back and got A MT09. Regretted it every day. I found this ‘20 on marketplace and pulled the trigger. Def better looking than my old ‘21.

What are the best tires to put on my MT-07? Should I stick with the stock sizes (120/70-17 front and 180/55-17 rear), or are there other size options worth considering?

It was running fine a week ago. Feel like its electrical? But ive never heard that noise before.
It was also just at an inspection recently (TÜV in Germany)
I'm looking to make some aliexpress performance upgrades on my new (to me) 2019 MT.
One of them is a plastic rear seat and I found this one in ali https://a.aliexpress.com/\_EH1CrhC.
All of the hard rear sit that I found are for 2014-2018 FZ/MT, and I don't know if it's gonna fit in my 2019 as the driver seat is different.
Does someone knows if they use the same rear seat?
Hello I just picked up my 2017 mt07 a few weeks ago and the quadlock mount i used on my mt09 doesnt fit because there's no space on the handle bars. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on other quadlock mounts that work and aren't very expensive
So I'm having some issues with my MT07, 2 days ago I was cruising in the highway at around 100kph more or less and I noticed the speed fluctuate a lot like 100kph, 30, 120, 80, got an abs/TC light and engine light. (I did wash it the previous day)
After a couple minutes to find a safe place to park, I switched it of and on, no more lights.
That worked for a few more km but it happened again, speedo tripping the fuck out lights etc, did the same thing, on and off, and worked again and they never turned on for the rest of the day.
Yesterday the lights came on again, used a obd to check errors, got an abs control unit 12 error , manual says it's the rear wheel sensor ( intermittent pulses) whatever that means.
Cleaned the error, abs light and tc turned off, engine light stayed on 🫠, after a 10 minute ride and a couple more on/ off cycles it turned off.
2 minutes into the ride after it turned off the abs light came on again, did another cycle and it hasn't come back on until today but I'm afraid it's going to come back on again eventually.
I have annexed a video showing the speedo going bonkers.
And yes I'll be sending the bike in for warranty, but we only have one dealer here and they're not really confidence inspiring.
Also is it normal for a dealer to charge you money for them to connect the bike to the computer?? I mean it's a warranty claim tf

Hey everyone, thanks in advance for the help. I’m looking for some opinions on an engine noise I'm dealing with.
My bike went down last November and sat until last week. I cleaned it up, replaced some cosmetics, and fired it up.
On startup, it was quiet for about 5 seconds, but then it started to chatter at idle. The noise increased as the RPMs went up.
Troubleshooting I’ve Done:
Chain tensioner: Checked it and it looks fine.
Clutch: Removed the cover and disassembled the basket. Everything looked fine upon inspection,
Current Status:
I put everything back together and the chatter is still there. It gets louder, but now it seems to happen mostly around 3,000 - 4,000+ RPM.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Let me know what you think. Thanks again!
