Who can I contact if I need to change my panel interview time?

I should have passed but the dumbass protector doesn’t know how to count so he counted 2 on of my laps as 1. If they pull cameras they’ll clearly see I passed

I worked an off the books job and was wondering if that is an auto disqualification even if I’m 100% honest about it. The off books job is in my Nypd paperwork so I am worried about leaving it out and Nypd sharing my paperwork.

I accidentally filled it all out in black pen not blue. I can’t reprint the paperwork because I was handed it in person. Think I’m fine?
