I see there's a mega thread, but there isn't much action up there. I'm trying to see if I can collect all of the Marvel packs and I'm only 12 away. Which means, I have dupe packs I can get rid of. So, as a community, have we figured out out a way to peer to peer trade yet? Just for reference, here's my needs and haves.
I am looking to build 5 jumstar packs for a cube I am developing, each revolving around the kamigawa neon dynasty myojin cards and am looking for any cool ideas revolving around them. Id like to avoid proliferate if I can
I think I know the answer, but I thought I'd ask. My friends and I like the Avatar Beginner box, and I've been eyeing the Foundations and now the Marvel versions. I recognize how the Avatar Beginner Box Jumpstarts have a lot of inherent synergy built-in such as allies, lessons, etc. This defers me from mixing themes.
BUT! The idea of someone having a full Marvel deck, another with 50/50 Avatar/Foundations, and another with 50/50 Marvel/Avatar does sounds like a good time just cause it sounds so chaotic. I guess the worst case scenario is we can choose the flavor of the day if the themes clash too much.

Hey! I made a tool that makes collecting the Marvel Jumpstart themes a bit easier. I posted it a few days ago and back with some additional tools.
Main goal:
- Input your themes
- See what themes you need
- Display themes you have extra of
- Format it in a way that can be shared and visual for you and others you want to trade with
- Look at your overall completion at collecting exclusives
I also set up the website for allowing me to import new sets a bit easier, so hopefully I can add sets like Avatar Jumpstarts when I collect the data

I found this one that is the "official" one but it does not contain the rarity of each theme :-(

I am a few friends have just recently got into magic (commander) and I thought it would be good fun just to have a very casual little jumpstart tourney, all basic rules. Want to just give everyone a chance to play and get into it.
The ideal is just buy two packs, at random and join with those decks nothing else really.
Only thing I want to check is that I'm hearing that some packs are clearly a bit stronger than others. For example, I'm hearing foundations 2025 seems generally, strong, and 2022 and avatar.
What would ppl recommend here for packs to use? I know a couple of friends want to play the avatar packs whilst a couple are looking at foundations.
I know it would be easier to just buy one box and only use them, but I want to keep ppl who want to play others e.g. avatar happy.

Opened my second Foundations Jumpstart box today...
Good News, I got an elves deck, which I wanted.
But wow... gotta be a record for one of the worst boxes all time.
First two packs were both clerics, Then one other, then a third clerics....
3/4 Clerics.
Then 4/7 Clerics
Then 5/13 Clerics 2/13 Vampires 2/13 Enchanted.
In the end:

1 Landfall (Lotus Cobra)

The one maybe saving grace was the 5 clerics were One of each Plus an extra #3, so I got 3x Vito's. And my Dionus from the elves pack of course.

With current prices obviously its nutso on EV chart, but we'll see where prices go on the 26th.
Decks look pretty good/playable based on the cards I know from Prerelease and reprints. Overall feels like a really good Jumpstart product.

I made a tool to help make looking at the new set's deck lists, links to scryfall pages, prices, exclusive cards, and more a bit easier!
The big thing to me was finding Exclusive Cards, I define this as
1) Cards not in any other theme2) Cards not in the beginner box3) Cards not in Booster Packs (MSH)4) Cards that are not reprints
All themes have 1-7 exclusive cards, where the ONLY way you can get them is in this Jumpstart booster theme. I think that's cool! Uncanny, the XMen theme, has the most!
You can technically find these cards in collector boosters, but they should all be foil, afaik, these nonfoil options are completely exclusive to Jumpstart
I was inspired by the guy who made the spreadsheet for Avatar, but there's some things it was missing to fit the use I needed it for.
I made this all on my own so please be nice, and would love to hear if there's any suggestions on how it could be more useful!
