Launched my product 2 months ago. Zero users. What did you do differently to get your first 10?

I've been building solo for a while now.

Two months ago, I launched something I genuinely believed would help people. Put in the work.

Shipped it.

Complete silence. Not one user. Not even someone to tell me it was bad.

I tried the usual advice. Post on Reddit, search for people with the problem, reach out manually. Spent hours every day doing this.

By the time I found relevant posts they were already cold. Outreach went nowhere.

I'm not here to complain. I want to learn.

For those who got their first 10 users what actually worked? Not theory.

What did you specifically do? And if you've built something to solve this problem for yourself curious what that looks like too.

I built an AI scheduling assistant that manages your calendar in plain English. Would love your feedback.

The problem: Tools like Motion and Reclaim are great at optimizing your calendar, but they still need you to manually add your tasks and events first. They rearrange what you give them. For a busy founder with no EA, building that structure from scratch every week is just more work on your plate.

Atelier is different. Just describe what you need in plain English: "Plan my week around the product launch" or "Block 3 hours for deep work before Friday" and it generates the entire schedule for you from scratch. No manual entry. No setup tax. Just a conversation.

Think of it as a personal EA, minus the cost.

What's live right now:

Multi-Mode Scheduling

  • Planner Mode: Multi-day/week time-blocked schedules ("Plan my 6-month exam prep")
  • Reminder Mode: Single-event scheduling ("Meeting tomorrow at 10 AM")
  • Delete Mode: Smart event removal with confirmation ("Delete my study sessions")
  • Retrieval Mode: Natural language calendar queries ("What's on my schedule next month?")

Human-in-the-Loop

  • Nothing gets added or deleted without your explicit confirmation
  • Proposes schedules with tradeoff analysis before committing
  • Iterative refinement, tell it what to change and it adjusts
  • Transparent reasoning at every step

Google Calendar Integration

  • Real-time sync, conflict detection, OAuth2 secure auth
  • Event creation, retrieval, and deletion

Natural Language Interface

  • Understands vague requests and asks clarifying questions when needed
  • Parses natural dates ("next Tuesday", "in 2 weeks")
  • Session context is used to give the AI better responses. Your conversations are not stored or used for training.

Coming soon:

  • Semantic Memory: Atelier will learn your scheduling preferences and patterns over time
  • Multi-calendar and multi-provider support

⚠️ Important before you try it:

Atelier is an unverified MVP. When connecting Google Calendar, you'll see a warning from Google saying the app isn't verified. That's expected. Click Advanced > Go to Atelier (unsafe) to proceed.

Since this is early-stage, please use a secondary or test Google account, not your main one. The AI can create and delete events, and I'd rather you not risk anything important while I'm still ironing things out.

Timezone tip: Make sure your Google Calendar timezone matches your system timezone. If they don't match, events may get scheduled at the wrong time. For example, if your system is on IST and your Google Calendar is set to UTC, a 12:00 PM event will show up at 7:30 PM instead. You can fix this in Google Calendar under Settings > Time zone.

Try it: myatelier.in

Would love brutal feedback. What's broken, what's confusing, what you wish it could do. Purely for validation.

Built an AI blogging platform after years of running content sites myself

I’ve been building blogs on and off since 2016 across different niches and eventually got frustrated with how most AI writing tools approached content. They were great at generating words, not necessarily articles that felt human or publishable long term.

So I started building my own workflow for my sites and eventually turned it into Publizo.io.

It handles topic research, long form article generation, scheduling, thumbnails, and WordPress publishing, but the main thing I care about is making the output feel less like “AI content” and more like something an actual person would write.

Still early and actively improving it, but it’s already running a few of my own sites and has been really fun to build. I'm getting what I wanted so far.

Would genuinely love feedback on the landing page, positioning, or even the overall idea itself. If you have a blog, you can even try it.

Your startup in one or two sentences and lets give each other feedback on whether we can get the moat in 10 seconds

A lot of founders are building really useful products, but the hardest part is explaining them clearly without sounding too broad, too technical, or too generic.

Drop your startup in one or two sentences and let's get feedback on whether we can infer the following characteristics:

Name
Who it helps
Problem it solves

I’ll start with mine:

HomeDeck.net
A home search and affordability platform that helps buyers browse homes for sale and understand whether a specific property actually fits their financial situation (life-fit vs bank-fit). It combines listings, affordability analysis, and buy-vs-rent comparison to help users answer: “Can I afford this home for my lifestyle, and is buying smarter than renting right now?”

Would love to see what everyone else is building.

Drop your SaaS/app — I’ll help you get your first 10 users through TikTok content

I run TikTok pages with a combined audience of 300k+ followers, mostly people interested in apps, AI tools, startups, and productivity.

I also work as a video editor/clipper, so I can turn your app into short-form content designed for TikTok and Reels.

If you’re currently doing manual outreach or just trying to get traction organically, this could help get your product in front of the right audience.

I’ll reach out to the ones that are a strong fit.

You can also DM me if you prefer to keep things private.

I built an app to help quit pornography addiction through Transmutation and Brain rewiring.

Hey creators,

Over the last 9 months, I've been developing

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

ValorMind

a mobile app designed to help men overcome pornography addiction.

I realized that relying purely on willpower and standard day-counters rarely works long-term. Instead, I wanted to build a tool focused on the root problem: actively rebuilding neural pathways and redirecting destructive urges into discipline and focus.

Core Features:

- Mental Rewiring & Transmutation: Guided audio and science-backed practices to shift your mindset and channel urge energy into productivity.

- Urge Control & Discipline: Smart notifications during high-risk hours, daily tasks, and a custom workout generator.

- Smart Tracking: Tracks your streaks and ranks while analyzing your personal relapse trends to catch triggers early.

Thank you for your time and support!
