I'm starting to think finding a genuine friendship online is a bit like spotting a unicorn. People swear they've seen one... but every time I think I've found it, the conversation mysteriously evaporates after three messages. 😂

So... I'm trying again.

I'm 31, from the UK, and I'm looking for people who actually enjoy talking. Not just exchanging the usual "Hey, how are you?" before disappearing into the abyss, but the kind of conversations that somehow jump from music to conspiracy theories to whether cereal counts as soup.

One important thing before we go any further...

I'm a huge fan of voice notes and eventually voice calls. They help with my anxiety, they're much more personal than texting, and it's so much easier to get a feel for someone's personality. If you're someone who'd rather text forever, we're probably not going to be the best match.
