I don’t know how to do it as the situation I am in is the plushie starts to ship around July this month but I am also moving to a new place when the plushie is shipping. I don’t really know what to do to get it to change the new shipping address from place a to place b. Any advice I am going to try because this is my first time ever actually buying from makeship.
Hello ! I would really like a painter plush, preferably at the original price of 30 but I am willing to go up to $45 or $50. I dont care for the game or the creators anymore but painter has always held a special place in my heart and I really want to buy the plush of him if anyone would be willing to offer theirs since all other online listings are in the hundreds.

our friend ordered us the Banhammer plush back in December for our bday, it went to ship out in like May and it’s been stuck in processing for well over a month??? it’s been stuck at ”order processed by shipper” since the 21st of May, my friend later on got a message on the 30th that it’s expected on the 31st yet nothing, it’s already July. we sent two tickets, the first one was responded by with an ai/automated response, I filed another one asking for an actual operator and it’s been ignored for almost a week. my friend also tried to send a ticket just to get a response “the plush is on the way!” a couple minutes later, I went to check again they different tracking sites, it’s all the same “order being processed by shipper” since the 21st of may
MEIKO is my top want, but would also love to have KAITO, Luka and Miku too. Preferably at a affordable price and with the bag they came in too

I ordered two plushies back in December 20, 2025 and on the website, the plushies were set to start production on the same day and ship by April 24, 2026. It is now June 28, 2026 and I still don't have these plushies. I've already tried contacting Makeship about the issue but I've gotten no response or relevant emails. I recently checked the website (again) and there is no update either. I don't see anyone having the same issues that I'm having and I don't see any of the other campaign supporters complaining or asking about the plushes, so is this just me?
I'm confused and really desperate because these plushies are hella expensive and I REALLY love these characters. Should I consider approaching the campaign team on twitter? Is this a sign that I should get a refund? I genuinely need answers or at least comfort that I wasn't scammed.
I know that this was from a few years ago but I already missed out on the normal version of it and the only listing I found was on eBay and there's only one. Please, I'm willing to pay for it.
I ordered my plushie on the 18th of June and it said it was gonna ship on the 22nd on the receipt but as it got closer to the shipping date it got pushed back to the 25th then the 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and now July 1st, now idk if i got scammed or not, or if this is just a really big shipping delay as I'm located in Australia, can someone tell me why this is happening?

yo anyone know if and where I can find returned or damaged merch from makeship? I’m trying to see if I can possibly obtain the Crumb plush that was limited addition in feb of 2024 but the only ones I’ve found are like 200$ and up on eBay which i cannot afford and likely never will💀. at this point i wouldn’t mind a damaged one that i could fix up or something. i had tried to order one when the pre orders were open but something glitched in the system and my order never went through and i wasn’t notified until after the event ended. it was supposed to be a birthday present too rip 🥲🫠. I seem to have bad luck when trying to get merch from my favorite creators because the same thing happened again with a Jadenanimations plush around the same time 😭
