I love this polish so much. I accidentally touched my shirt and smudged my nail thinking shoot I have to redo it but the self-leveling quality evened it out all on its own.
It’s better IRL! My furry nurses finally started getting in my lap! They didn’t like the smells I brought home from the surgical hospital.
My boss called me yesterday (after texting he had something personal to share) to tell me he’s leaving the company, his last day is my last day of leave. We’ll see what happens next. I’ll go back to reporting to my boss’s boss - who has been my boss in the past.
Which stamp do you prefer? It's the rounded ones on my left hand for me. I love them all, it's a great little plate from when Born pretty still did those. I have about 10 variations of rose designs across my plate collection, so I was really happy with this manicure.

Another positive is I got to go see one of my all time favorites for the first time last night, Florence + the Machine! So of course I had to do event appropriate nails! Garden Path I No Longer Try To Be Good is a lyric off the latest album so an obvious choice. This polish is a beauty! I then decided to add a little album inspired art with the season symbols and I oopsied and made summer upside down 🤦🏻♀️ The show was awesome, I got to scream as loud as I want! I just need to remember to not cheap out on my seats next time, lol

As usual for me it's both hands, in the sun and shade. As usual for everyone, the holo glitter goodness doesn't actually photograph well. Believe me, the gold glitter with holo was super beautiful in the sun.
Holo Taco Blushed Ice
Have a meeting this week that includes my boss’s new boss (my boss squared?). This will be my first time meeting her but what I’ve heard makes me think she’s not the type to appreciate a fun manicure. Time for a “tasteful nude”.
I didn't have it but I remember it caused quite a stir for a while. My question is: was it an England exclusive thing, a Europe exclusive thing or something else? I for sure remember that OPI Spotted was a French exclusive, so my lacquerhead brain does retain some facts, lol.
2 easy coats on a tv tray in the family room. Feeling good, just a bit tired. I’m so relieved that I’m feeling as good as I am! ❤️
It's a really pretty color and the stickers were easy to use.
Knee replacement surgery was successful and I’m home in recovery mode. Pain is low (knock on wood) and I’m feeling good. The home health nurse has been here and physical therapist is coming this afternoon. The OR nurses (and others too) loved my nails. I’m happy to be home.

First is a delicate linear holo from Grace-full, Fairy Kisses.
Second is my first foray into chrome powders. I did a coat of Bonder, 2 coats of SC Black on Black, another coat of Bonder, rubbed on the chrome powder, brushed off the excess, 2 coats of EdM water based topcoat, and then SV. I did get some minor cracks in the chrome but it’s so shiny and pretty!! First pic is inside at my desk, second is outside in the sun.
Sometimes I just feel like a vampy mani.
sadly, I think they have to go. I’m taking care of a 10 month old baby and it’s really hard to buckle and unbuckle the car seat with these daggers. My nails have never been this long and strong before -the only thing I can attribute to is changing my diet a little bit. anyway, I broke my thumbnail this morning on something all the way down so when I get home, I’ve got to chop it off the polish I’m wearing is Olive Ave Polish Radiance

Nothing fancy but here are a couple manis from the past week. Today I'm enjoying PfD Baja Blasted, it's a gorgeous blue green. My Mother's Day mani was from the ChG My Little Pony collection: base of linear holo I Sea Ponies topped with silver holo glitter I Just Canterlot and pinkish purple glitter Where's The Party Cannon.
