You meet someone and you bring cash and that person pay you in the apps ?
Just to beware, in NYC there is many case whereby they ask someone to meet up, that victim bring cash, the person will robe the cash or vanish and you can’t get him.
you can’t even make police report , because the money isn’t legit to exchange.
