I purchased an item at sephora but returned it since the delivery was delayed and im in urgent need which led me to buy it in store.
When the parcel arrived, I returned the item that i paid via Atome instalment which the original price is RM695, and i already paid the amount of RM231.67.
However, I was issued a gift card for RM695 the full amount of the item and not what ive paid - RM231.67.
I reach out and Sephora said that “Sephora is unable to reverse or cancel future Atome payments directly, even after a return has been processed in-store.” This is their error right? So why should I bear the cost?
So I still need to paid the remaining amount total RM400+ that I have returned and didnt even have on my hand??!
I just want my future payment on Atome to be cancelled and they refunded me with the amount I paid. Not the full price through gift card.
It feels like ive been robbed.
