Hey guys I’m completely stuck on what to watch next and could really use some help. Can anyone give me some good romance recommendations? I’m looking for a mix of both older, classic titles and newer, modern releases. I really want to dive into the shoujo genre, so please feel free to suggest either an anime or a great manga series to read. Let me know your absolute favorites and why you love them.

Kimi no todke,your name,blue spring ride, a sign of affection, kamisama kiss, fruit basket, yong of the dawn, dress up darling, marmalade boy, honey lemon soda, skip beat, mysterious play, kodocha, apothecary diaries, love through prism, you and I polar opposite, inyuasha, maid sama, toradora, clannad and special A. Please feel free to give me reccomdation based on my list or any anime and manga that you have in your mind:⁠-)

Hi. I'm looking for manga with warm vibes. Something that slows you down and brings realization about simple and mundane things makes you feel warm and at ease in life. Could be adventure, romance, slice of life. Anything like that.

To be honest, I really don't like it. Erwin is my favorite character, and he sacrificed himself and his allies' lives AND knowing the TRUTH OF THE WORLD to save humanity as he knows it, by (almost) killing the Beast Titan. Flash forward to another heart wrenching sacrifice, Captain Zoe, and she IMMEDIATELY goes to this unexplained spiritual realm. Erwin tells Zoe that her sacrifice was worth it.

Do you see the problem? THOSE THAT DIED NOW KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AT ALL TIMES. Erwin's sacrifice (along with Zoe's imo) was completely stripped of its emotion.

The whole "my soldiers rage" scene, that was the best in all of fiction? Well, he still knows what's going on anyway and his sacrifice wasn't actually a faithful one to save humanity as he knows it because he knows the truth of the world anyway.

Does anyone else hate this concept? It's like the whole idea of soldiers sacrificing themselves and the knowledge of the world for "all of humanity" has little to no weight.
