Lightning/Thunder element

MC later awakens first lighting element then fire, dark , light and remaining all (lighting element at age of 8 , minimum age for awakening is 15 and person needs an expensive elemental stone as catalyst to awaken)

I'm looking for a recommendation for any completed manhwas that are under the following genre:

Kingdom/Town/City/Clan/Sect-Building/Management.

An example I guess is Greatest estate developer.

It was about a guy who regressed and made a deal with his grandfather who runs loan shark. I remember where he meets one of the executives and the executive aims hammer at his head and grandfather gets angry and kidnaps that guy and severed his hands. I let it marinate a bit but forgot to take a pic now I’m lost. Help would be appreciated, thank you in advance

I am sorry in advance to anyone who reads this post of mine asking for help as the manhua I am trying to find is more so an attempt to even remember the basic things too as I read it during lockdown (it might be a bit more old then too). I will try to give more information as I remember it but for now -

1. The manhua followed the usual trope of MC being very overpowered and skill given to him (if I remember correctly) I think was predicting future

2. The MC got a overpowered little cute looking daughter as well

3. The MC eventually develops a harem of women who like him

4. The first of the story's Arc was something like the MC trying to take revenge on someone and goes to a yacht event where he gambles and wins
