Ordered this in early June, thank goodness it arrived safely. This is also my first physical card from a digital bank so I'm kinda anxious to use it

Hello, genuine question po! Last year September 2025, I got the SEABANK physical card before mag-change ng name to Maribank. Hindi ko pa rin sya na-activate til now. Anyone po na nagka-problem using ung old design card?
Magkaka-problem po kaya if I use it now? Kahit SEABANK pa rin yung card name, and not Maribank. Thank you so much!

Received my maribank physical card today and I cant seem to find the option of changing mode from debit to credit in my app. For context, a month ago, I applied for a maribank and was given 60k as my available credit. Now I wanna use the physical card as credit card. Anyone who can guide me! Thanks

Deducted sya thru Shopee Pay, hindi naman ako nag order that time, yyng shopee VIP ko cancelled na din and for 1 year yun next year pa irerenew. Bigla nalang merong ganyan, ano kaya possible na transaction dito?

Yesterday accidentally ko naapprove yung grab cash kn transaction worth ₱50, after that numerous 10k and 5k transactions followed hanggang sa wala ng funds maribank ko. How is this possible? 🥲

Nagcontact na ako sa CS for dispute pero ilang mons pa raw aabutin. Kaya pa ba to mabawi?

Hindi ko alam paano nangyari when hindi naman nakalink account ko as paymet method kung saan2, purely transfer lang talaga tong maribank acc ko.

Meron bang same situation dito? 😭

UPDATE: Upon redoing the attempt ourselves, looks like the ₱50 I accidentally approved was the attempt to link my maribank account to grabpay, which he sucveded so he was able to get all the money in my account.

The biggest mystery to us is HOW ARE THEY ABLE TO PUT ALL MY CARD DETAILS???!!!

Napansin ko lang na yung Maribank Credit is now named as Mari Loan. Most likely binago nila para di nakakalito between their loan and credit card offer.

Pero ano na Maribank? Wala pa din akong credit card offer.

Seabank ka pa lang, customer mo na ko. Baka naman! Do something! Haha 😆

I just want to commend Maribank Customer Service on their way of securing my account. For context, I got my phone stolen during a pride event in UP Diliman last June 27. I didn’t have the opportunity to call Maribank instantly because I don’t have any phone. So I got to call them the next morning which was Sunday. Thankfully they operate their CS during weekends and got my account blocked. I received a sim replacement a while ago and called their CS again to have my account unblocked and there I saw my hard earned money untouched 🥲 Thank you so much, Maribank and their CS. Ang bilis nila kausap. 💗💗

Dati naman nakaka loan ako nang maayos kay Maribank but netong nakaraan, naka prompt na i should wait for 30 days so I did, then nung iaattempt ko na iwithdraw ganyan na po yung lumalabas, So I have to wait again for another 30 days which I did. Then today, ganyan ulit sya 🥲 Baka may same experience here. Thank you.

just got my card today! ganito ba talaga yung design walang account details or cvc sa likod? i was about to put sticker sa likod kasi that’s what i do sa other cards ko to hide the cvc. also i just found out na pwede pala i disable yung overseas transaction, para iwas na rin sa mga unauthorized transaction.

Just FYI. I transferred an amount from my PayPal to Maribank debit, I used the card not the Account number. At first, I thought I'm gonna lose all the money as I've read a lot of discussions and posts about not receiving the money through that method. However, it just took about more than hours to reflect the amount in my Maribank account. Therefore, those speculations saying that you should not send your money thru Maribank Debit card are proven FALSE. As long as you will enter the correct details when transferring. Also, there is no additional deduction when transferring funds. My deduction was only from Paypal transfer as seen in the photos. Just sharing for those who'd like to transfer their funds to Maribank. 🧡
