How do I structure the lectures to be prepared? Do I need to listen more than once? My plan was to structure targeted questions (maybe 40-50) after each lecture to reinforce. I have UWorld qbank. I already failed once. I really don’t and can’t afford to fail again.

My daughter graduated with her Associates in Nursing. She passed the NCLEX and is finishing her Bachelor’s by December, however no one wants to hire because of the Associates. Any recommendations as to where she can apply until she finishes her bachelors? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
