My family parked at the extra lot (the one across the tracks) at Mount Joy Go Station at around 10:20AM. We went downtown and when we came back at around 4pm, we drove away got down the street and didn’t realize only 1 of our tires was slashed/flat. It was fully SLASHED?? Already filed and sent photos to the GoStation. Just curious if this has happened to anybody else or if this is a common thing? We also weren’t parked like dicks lol

Helping a friend look for a road bike. Anyone have recommendations of places that won't charge you through the nose for a decent bike? I bought mine this summer off marketplace, but it was a full carbon bike with disc brakes and a shimano 105 groupset for $1,800. Retail price at MEC for the same bike was $2,400 (which is a good price). Don't need a high end bike, or a high end brand name, but looking for Carbon, Disc Brakes, and Shimano 105. Ideally for purchase in Markham, Etobicoke, or in between. My friend doesnt want to go through marketplace and would prefer a storefront, but I don't know any stores that may have something like this available for under $3,000 (could be a pipe dream but worth asking!)
He would be a size M (52") so it's a pretty standard size at least when shopping around.

Anyone else feel like Main Street Markham has so much potential but is just slowly aging without much happening?
Would be nice to see some better restaurants, cafés, shops and useful services open up and actually bring people there. Unionville seems to do this so much better.

Some Asian lady turned at the intersection then immediately turned into her driveway in one swift move. Did not care for the student driver coming her way LOL.
She was oblivious even when the driving instructor was honking at her afterwards. Seems like he wanted to say something to her but she ignored him.

Just writing this post to know if others faced this situation too.
I recently got a root canal done at a dental clinic on highway 7. During the first sitting the dentist said that they are not able to locate the 4th canal and booked me for a second session.
During the second session the same dentist found the canal with 5 mins.
Ofocurse I had to pay for both the sittings.
Tbh, I found this a little suspicious. Has anyone else observed this practice ??
