Hi all.

Am having an issue where the app doesn’t scrobble. The tracks show in recently played in AM but not Marvis.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

There hasn’t been an app update in 8 months which is unusually long for an app that used to get many updates each month, is the app abandoned or is a big update coming? My biggest request is a tab bar at the bottom of the display.

Saw all the raving about this app, so I downloaded it ... but honestly I dont see the big deal, I keep wandering back to the stock apple music app.

Help me out, what should I try and what am I missing?

Hey all, recently started using Marvis for Apple Music Scrobbles, and it’s been fantastic for me, making manual scrobbling a non-issue. Also love it for the playlists and home feature.

But one confusion I’m facing is background scrobbling. It seems to me the app has to always be open for me (or at least in background) to scrobble songs. This isn’t really my issue, but after a bit of time the app seems to automatically stop scrobbling.

For example I listened to an album before (The app was open in back the whole time) and it seemed after 5 tracks to disconnect and didn’t scrobble the rest of the album. This has happened a couple times in the last few days.

Is this just something that can’t be fixed? Does the app have to be opened every now and then to make sure it’s still active/go idle after a short while? Or is there something I’m missing that can be an easy fix. It’s just a bit annoying after a few songs always checking to make sure they’ve gone through.

I’m facing this problem on the latest iOS (iPhone 16) and Marvis Pro where I press shuffle on my library (downloaded + AM) and after maybe 5-10 seconds it quits the queue. The app stays open, but the whole song and shuffle is canceled shortly after starting. Re-starting shuffle a few times usually “gets it to stick,” but it is not consistent. This started happening after clearing my download library and re-transferring on desktop.
