Any news on when the frt trip sled is gonna be shipping out? Hoping this doesn’t turn into the classic long wait times with no updates like other things have. It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered
The locking charging blocks for the Roller Delays are back in stock!! I got mine and the folding charge handle ordered.
Hi everyone!
Our local gun store in my country is selling MAT9k uppers (simple blowback) for a reasonable price and I am thinking of pulling the trigger.
I am planning to pair it on my M16 lower (yes, I legally own one if anyone will ask) using Endomags (on PMAG Gen2s).
My newbie question is:
1.) Will the auto sear on the M16 work on the MAT9k upper?
Here's where I put my Colt Lower. Now that I have one.
The 1½ M-lok slots don't give much room for any foregrip. Currently trying a spare BCM KAG but not really digging it
Got a message from the guys a couple days ago and the next batch of lowers from Matador will now in fact have the threaded hole just in the lower just below the uppers rear pin lug. This threaded hole will accept a nylon tipped grub screw so you will be able to tighten up any upper to lower slop. Again these will be in the next batch of lowers so there is no definite time line on the production change.
So is the partisan trigger not working with the frt trip sled? I have not received my sled yet but I did buy the partisan trigger and received it already since that’s what trigger was recommended to use on the website. I had someone respond on another one of my post saying his doesn’t work and is gonna require some fix or another piece to make the sled and the partisan trigger function correctly together. Just curious if this information is correct?
I have been working on developing different roller angles for the Mat-9 and sharing my findings with the Matador team. I wanna make sure it has a high round count through it before I send a prototype over, so it’s taking a little bit. I’ve been running at matches and it makes a huge difference in recoil reduction.
Anyone have one for the gen 2? How do you like it?
Its been out of stock for seemingly months.
We're getting better supply of the ERS handguard, so there's some basic measurements that are important if you're going to get the maximum usage from the additinal MLOKs.
When using MLOK screws, you'll need clearance for the suppressor, so the max diameter of the suppressor is 1.475 in this case, but I prefer the 1.375in diameter product such as Maxim's MS-9 series. Banish has one that's 3.5" that give you enough room for the MLOK nuts such that they aren't impeding on the suppressor. The length of the suppressor at roughly 7.5" allows the suppressor to stick out just enough to look cool. A 1.6" suppressor will fit, but you can't use the MLOKS at that point, too tight.
