Looks like they brought back the magma skin!!! Finally, been waiting so long for it

Mauga has been perma banned in all my matches this season. What's your go to pick? I've been picking up D.va, and man, the game is so much easier when you can finally shut down hitscans like sojourn, can chase cat and deny cooldowns like nade and sleep. Is Mauga banned in your games too, or is it more of a higher elo thing?

My answer is doomfist I think doom is the most hated tank because of his high mobility and cc based kit with a frustrating emp punch that nobody enjoys going against. The difference is simple back during ow2 season 2 when roadhog and doomfist were the top 2 tanks the whole community was at an uproar however the difference is doomfist was literally hotfixed shortly after while blizzard took a month before dealing with roadhog. I think it’s obvious if all 7 of these tanks were to be buffed right now doom would get the most hate. Would get hot fixed the next day while the other 6 tanks would take some time before getting the nerf hammer. That’s why blizzard ensured to keep doom the weakest tank in 6v6 and still squishy in 5v5 as a tank.

I've been playing Mauga as my alt to Winston. He's fun to play, but when did he become the guy that all of sudden needs nerfing? His kit is the exact same as it was last year, but all of sudden people are complaining.

Is it just the pro scene using it more is what's causing people to cry about him? I feel like many more nerfs are on the way the way people are complaining on the internet.

I would like to hear you guy's opinion on mauga's choice of lvl3 perks, I can understand why holding onto overhealth is really useful and has gotten me out of situations plenty of times but I just feel the ignite on overrun perk is so much more powerful, it makes it incredibly easy to rack up ult, more burst healing from your E, and landing direct stomps on almost all targets allows you to laser them for 80% of their hp very quickly or just straight up kill them, and it's all around a very consistent way of keeping multiple people on fire.

Atleast thats how ive always found the perk to be, What's your thoughts?

Gonna put this here to say this because I haven't seen anyone else saying it, we Mauga mains are eating good with this new match up, in almost all my cases so far when facing D'mon I eat her alive as Mauga without breaking a sweat, there really isn't anything in her kit that helps her against him and honestly it's a even worss diff than fighting a hog!

This is the worst season for tank ever. I constantly stay around plat4 to gold1 and out of four placement matches i went negative once diffed 3 times and lost all of them. I constantly get shitter dps and healers who either refuse to swap or play niche supps that only work when I play the tank they want me to (ie orisa/wuyang zar/brig or god forbid rein/bastion) i genuinely can’t solo q because of it and i can’t find a stack i enjoy playing w people i find on discord either suck or are genuine burgers and people i meant on Xbox are all homo/transphobic (not gay or trans but when i play other roles it’s venture on dps and lifeweaver a bit on support regardless whenever they start losing they immediately resort to slurs rather than considering any iota of introspective) racists that spend more time complaining than playing the game.

Might be a bit early to ask but did anyone went against a d.mon yet? How was it? Do you guys think she will counter him or are we fine?

Cause It only gives some selection of random seasonal skins for hacking battlepass rewards

I'm kinda new to wanting to play tank and I LOVEEEE Mauga. But I notice he gets banned a lot. He's also super intuitive to me to play. I was just wondering what other mauga mains like to play other than him. I like zarya but I feel like games are wayyyy harder with her than on mauga

I am new to this game and I been seeing a lot of people try to play orisia into Mauga? Any tips for this matchup as well?
