I haven't opened my Maya app for a while since I decided to use another bank as my daily/main.

When I tried opening it again now, all I'm getting is this even after multiple reinstalls and clearing of data.

How to resolve this issue?

Ask lang po. If lalagyan ko po ba ng 12500 magagamit ko po ba siya agad2? Like paying bills or whatsoever?

And if ever e withdraw ko. Makukuha ko ba anytime?

Hi! Due pa ng August 20 yung Maya ko, pero bakit parang pinapabayad na nila ako today 😭 Never pa naman ako naka-miss ng payment, pero nagro-rolling lang talaga ako. Like, babayaran ko yung balance, tapos hihiramin ko ulit after.
Question lang, possible ba na ma-lock or ma-restrict yung Maya account ko if hindi ako magbayad today kahit August 20 pa talaga yung stated due date ko? Or okay lang naman as long as mabayaran ko before/on the actual due date?
May naka-experience na ba nito? Medyo kinakabahan lang ako baka biglang ma-lock yung account kahit hindi pa naman overdue 😭

I recently cancelled my Maya Black Express Card with a 20k deposit. I have been using it for more than a year and haven’t been upgraded to an unsecured credit card. Since I’ve read some posts where they cancelled their Maya Black Express, re-applied and got approved for an unsecured Maya Black, I had to try my luck too. I cancelled mine but when I reapplied again, Maya is still offering me an Express card and requiring a deposit.

I ignored it and did not deposit and after 3 or 5 days, I had an option to withdraw application and cancel. As I was about to re-apply again, I got an error message that says “We cannot issue you a card right now”

Anyone have the same experience as mine? Is this like a limitation because I recently re-applied and cancelled my application because I don’t want to deposit anymore?

hi po, meron pa akong natitirang 1k na pwedeng hiramin sa credit. if i borrow it next month, would it still reflect in my current bill or magiging 2nd bill ko sya??

any tips on how to increase my credit limit? i always use maya for bills payment and QR payments when shopping or eating out.

should I pay this now or intayin ko until due date to pay? may nakikita kasi ako na mas mataas daw chance mag increase if sa mismong due date nagbabayad.

Does anyone know how to unlock yung mission sa total maya savings na "Maya Easy Credit Bonus: 2% p.a."? I tried buying online na worth 2k using maya easy credit nung nag 0% tax sya kaso wala syang progress. May naka-unlock na ba sa inyo nito? Kailangan ba buong 3k na gastos para maunlock? or physical online qr lang pwede?
