Anyone here who's experienced being unable to access Maya due to their sim expiring?

Happened to me today. I was able to access it yesterday morning, but when my Smart sim lost signal, I thought I just needed to do BTS. When I moved it to a different phone, Maya then asked me to verify OTP.

Fast forward to the afternoon and I submitted a case. They said 2-9 working days is the response time, but my worry is that they may not respond at all.

Hi, nasira sim ng gf ko and meron siyang loan sa maya credit. Now, pag mag log in siya sa maya need ng otp kaso di siya maka receive since sira nga yung sim. Question is pwede ba na ako ang magbayad ng maya credit nya gamit sarilin kong account? And if pwede, paano po? Thank you!

I recently learned my maya username was shared with a certain group without my consent. :(

I am curious: What is the worst that could happen?

- will I be prone to being hacked?

- can they see my personal information?

If there is anything to be concerned about, how may I change my username? Tyia!!

I am trying to open my maya account but i dont receive the OTP. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

I initially canceled my Maya Black Credit Card on March 6, 2026 while I still had an outstanding balance because, based on your policy, the amount was supposed to be deducted from my security deposit within 31 days. I was even provided with a reference number confirming the request.

However, after more than 31 days had already passed, my security deposit was still not credited back to my savings account. Because of this unacceptable delay and clear breach of your own process, I followed up again on April 22 and expressed how extremely frustrated and disappointed I was with the handling of my concern. I also escalated the matter to the BSP.

Maya then responded stating that the issue would be resolved within 15 days, yet despite sending numerous follow-ups afterward, nothing was properly resolved. To make matters worse, when I checked my account on March 19, I saw that my outstanding balance had already been deducted, but my security deposit still remains missing from my savings account until now.

I'm trying to transfer money from my Maya Savings to my Maya Wallet. I'm unable to receive any OTP for the transfer to push thru.

transferred from paypal to maya ng sahod ko. eto na naman hindi na naman nag reflect sa maya acc ko. delayed na nga sahod, manghohold pa tong maya. banas amp. pano tayo kakain neto. tangengot maya

Since 2024 nag try ako mag apply for Maya Personal Loan. Pero laging delince/not eligible raw, palagi silang text and app notification na eligible raw ako pero di parin nag approve.

Hi, I have a question about early payments ng Maya Black.

Additional Info:

Billing Date: every 25th
Due Date: every 15th, following month

Question is, okay lang ba mag pay early before the billing date pero not the whole amount?

for example, I have an outstanding bill of 3,000 and I'd like to pay off 1,500 muna before the billing date, is it acceptable sa Maya terms? I tried reaching out to their CS pero still no answer so I'd like to know your thoughts on this too.

When I try to click the pay early kasi, yung whole amount yung lumalabas which is 3,000 pero nababago naman sya. Just wanted to confirm if it's alright.

Reason for paying early before the billing date is may paggagamitan kasi and kakapusin yung limit if I don't pay a portion of it, assuming na maccredit back agad sya after paying early.

It’s been a week since I sent them a dispute form regarding an unauthorized online transaction, and there has still been no update or action on the matter.

P.s.

An automatic deduction was made from my account even though I did not subscribe to or authorize this transaction.

I already sent them the details, screenshots, and emailed them.

Hi just wanted to ask, nasira ung sim ko that is connected to Maya.. need irequest ng change # sa website. because of that nag overdue ung MAYA Credit ko ng 15days. kahapon naayos na yung change # request ko.. question if magbayad ako for maya credit, will ill be able ireloan ung amount? or hindi na since naoverdue nko? Anyone experience this also? thank you
