Started as passion project, not really a mobile developer but ended creating one. Project started 4th week of January giving 30mins - 1 hour a day progress. Learned everything from scratch and forced to expedite the project because of the ongoing fuel crisis.

This is now what it looks like 1 month after going live.

It has massive support in some areas of the Philippines and is sustainable but it is struggling to retain users on areas that has no data yet 😞

Features ⛽:

✅ Crowdsourced prices

➡️Usually requires 2-3 exact same reports to be verified but for now in the early stage, disabled muna.

➡️Distance constraints: User can only update a fuel station's price when it is near to that area by approximately 3km. Some users take pictures and update the prices later when on when they are on full stop driving.

➡️Price guard, only accepts values near the current market price average per fuel type Price photo capture, works only on mobile app using ML kit as tesseract.js for browser seems insufficient.

✅ Dynamic station indicators

➡️Green: Prices were updated on the current week's fuel price adjustments

➡️Red: Prices were not updated after the week's price adjustments

➡️Gray: Stale, no fuel price info yet. No DOE prices as this creates user expectation when in reality, the actual fuel price is not close to the DOE's. P.S. Fuel stations can set their own fuel prices higher or lower than DOE's.

✅10 cheap fuel list

➡️Displays the top 10 cheapest fuel based on the filters of fuel type, distance, brand, and max price.

✅Route Planning

➡️Set a route and the app will display only stations near to that.

➡️Filters and sets the prices along your route in the "Cheap fuel list" Purple markers: Means that it is the cheapest fuel along your route.

Hello. Just got 2nd hand 2016 Mazda 3 3rd gen BM. Naka stock halogen parin na nakakabit at ang dilim sobra. Medium lang naman tint so hindi talaga sa tint. Ayaw ko kasi sa Orion.

Advice na rin po pala gusto ko sana maliwanag pero di nakaka perwisyo sa iba. For reference ito po unit. If I’m correct, led projector yung low. Thanks

Went for a wee bit larger with 10 inch - still got good dash clearance.

Good evening. I’m planning on getting a 2nd hand mazda 3 3rd gen and napansin ko lang po sa or/cr, magkaiba yung plate number. Sa CR, AEB but sa OR and actual plate, DEB. Ano po kaya reason. Newbie po kasi ako. Monday pa po kasi ang verification ng LTO since weekend. Also, encumbered parin po but may cr na si dealer. Could that mean paid na sa bank loan? Asking them for a cancellation of mortgage document? Not sure if that’s the correct step. Will really appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you po

Hi, any recommended seller of plate relocator for Mazda 3 and if kaya ba siyang install DIY?

Hello just wanted to ask if ano po kaya root cause and fix ng gantong issue. Anyone else nakaexp na po nito? Nung una gamit ko yung type c to cigerette port na kasama ni dashcam, but after days, bigla siya namamatay habang nagddrive kaya nagdecide ako bumili ng 70mai OBD2 kit. Despite the change namamatay padin siya but i dont know kung napasok siya ng parking mode kasi naka off ata notif ko that time. After that i found some articles that sd card might be the issue so i purchased a sandisk high endurance sd card, i dont drive the car daily but after driving it like 3 times, it started entering parking mode while driving and after sometime will go back to normal recording.

For the 70mai OBD2 KIT midrive settings, mine is UP-UP-UP-UP-UP.
