I’ve been seeing a lot of comments on Reddit and YouTube from students claiming that many people are scoring extremely high in MBA CET 2026 attempt 2. Some are even saying that 500+ students may have scored 150+, which honestly feels unusual considering past years’ trends.
I understand that this was the second attempt, so naturally many students would perform better because they got extra preparation time and could learn from their mistakes in attempt 1. But even then, the sudden jump in very high scores feels difficult to understand.
I also came across a YouTube community post discussing the same issue, and the comment section was filled with students alleging cheating, proxy candidates, unfair practices, etc. MBA CET already has a somewhat questionable reputation because of previous allegations related to cheating, paper leaks, and normalization concerns, so this is making many aspirants anxious.
Has anyone heard whether any formal complaint has been filed with the CET Cell regarding this? Is any student group or initiative trying to raise these concerns officially?
Not trying to spread rumors, just genuinely trying to understand what’s happening and whether others also feel something is off this year.
Should i give these exams so that i can get into a decent clg through them? Which top clgs accept their scores?
What's the difficulty level and most importantly...will their results be out before the cap round starts this year?
If someone could guide me about these exams, it would be of great help. Thankyou
I wanted to share a shocking conversation I recently had with an admission counselor to warn parents and student aspirants about a massive scam currently running for engineering admissions in Maharashtra.
The Background:
I personally know a well-established counselor who has a very good track record. He has guided numerous NEET and engineering students under him in the past, and he even helped us with a medical college admission previously. Because we knew him, he contacted me earlier this month (May) regarding my son’s counseling for the engineering stream.
The Offer:
During the call, he casually asked me if I was willing to pay ₹15 Lakhs. In exchange, he claimed he could completely guarantee my son a secured admission into one of the Top 5 engineering colleges in Maharashtra.
How the Scam Actually Works (In his own words):
I was shocked and asked him how on earth he could guarantee that. He then openly explained the entire fraudulent operation to me, and it's incredibly
sophisticated:
Rigging the Exam Centers: During the registration/form-filling process, these scammers instruct the parents/students to select a very specific city exam center. They have successfully compromised and "rigidly controlled" 2 or 3 particular exam centers in that specific area.
Remote Access Hacking: On the day of the exam, the student literally just has to go to the center and sit in front of the computer.
The 3-Hour Show: Their representatives use remote-desktop software to gain control of the student's exam system from an outside location. The representative will fill out the entire question paper and input all the correct answers themselves. The student doesn't have to solve a single question; they just have to sit there, pretend to take the test, and watch the screen for 3 hours.
This is a highly organized, tech-driven racket. It completely broke my heart to hear how easily hard work is being bypassed for money.
If any counselor or agent approaches you with a similar offer to select specific centers or promises "management/remote assistance" shortcuts for an absurd amount of money, please do not fall for it. They are manipulating the system, risking your child's future, and ruining the chances of deserving students who study day and night.
Stay vigilant, and let's spread the word so the authorities look into these rigged local exam centers.
151 Attempt 1 Slot 2 MH Obc jb chances??
seems a little optimistic to me, what do you guys think?
Since the day the response sheet of the 2nd Attempt has been released, I have seen some people ranting over students with high scores and I don't understand why is that?
I myself have given all exams inc. CAT, XAT, NMAT, SNAP, CMAT and CET. I have worked hard the whole year, even scored great in mocks but maybe luck didn't favor me in other exams. But CET did it for me. Now as a person who gave CET Attempt 1 with 0 hopes and an exhausted mind (from travel and PIs of other clgs) and zero knowledge about the processes of CET cell, I had no idea that the response sheet in CET is called as Objection tracker or smt. Hence I ignored the mail for the former attempt and didn't realise it until I gave the second attempt coz I went off the Reddit and Internet for month to work on my shortcomings.
Now that I see people blabbering bullsh*t over random things like tracking people's name in the first list, fake htmls, 45+ in Qa, 180 overall, etc etc. I mean ok maybe 188 is actually too high of a score. But I myself figured out mental tricks for Qa and smart guesses in a month. Maybe people figured out something else for themselves!
I myself have got a good score and ofc Luck has played its part in it but No one can take away the hard I had put for whole of the year. My fruits have reaped much later but I have got what I deserved. So yes there are people who have scored higher than me and maybe they'd too worked for it! And we must acknowledge that as a fact.
I hope my intention is understood!
While filling the form for CET, I chose general category, but I am eligible for ews because our income lesser than 6 lacs. However, currently I don't have an EWS certificate, but if I apply now I might get it in 15-20 days. But the main question is can I change my category during CAP counseling? Anyone have some knowledge about this please share it with me. Thanks :)
Well with all the score vs percentile bullshit from various site, I am still waiting of a chamatkar. Hopefully the result will be out soon.
I'm looking for a thorough review on PGDM programmes from SIES, N L DALMIA, MET & Chetana.
If you guys have any idea about their placements, and overall curriculum please drop below.
Thank you.
Is there anyone here who is pursuing via Flame University?
Bhai meri fatke chaar hogyi hai new cutoff dekhke.. already ek year drop liya hai I have to make into some good college this year (top 3)
who are yall trusting for this raw score-percentile thing?
Attempt 1-Slot 1- 126, mh, sc category.
Is it just me or are MBA CET score discussions becoming completely unrealistic now? After Maharashtra MBA CET every second person online suddenly seems to have scored 110+, 120+, or some crazy number. At this point I genuinely feel a lot of these uploads are fake or exaggerated.
I’ve seen random usernames and obvious troll IDs entering marks into percentile predictors, and it honestly feels like people are either trying to create panic or sabotage calculators used by coaching institutes. Some are probably doing it for attention, some for fun, and some because coaching wars are a real thing during CET season.
The problem is that this creates a completely distorted picture for normal students. You open Reddit or Telegram and suddenly it feels like everyone around you is a topper, when in reality MBA CET always has a huge number of average test takers, guesswork attempts, and inaccurate memory-based answer keys. Normalization itself changes things a lot later.
Every year the same cycle repeats:
I honestly think students should stop treating social media score claims as the final truth because right now it feels more like noise than actual data.
