Kerala mbbs private

Hi everyone! I'm a final-year MBBS student studying in Kerala, and I created this community to help students and parents navigate private MBBS admissions in Kerala.

Every year, I see the same questions about colleges, fees, hostels, patient exposure, academics, counselling, and campus life. The goal of this community is to bring all that information together in one place through honest discussions and real student experiences.

Feel free to ask anything related to private MBBS colleges in Kerala. If I know the answer, I'll help. If I don't, we'll try to get input from current students or reliable sources.

Whether you're a NEET aspirant, parent, or medical student, you're welcome here. Let's build a trustworthy community that helps future students make informed decisions.

Drop your questions below, and if you're already studying in a Kerala medical college, consider sharing your experience to help others.

Karuna, PIMS or Al Azhar

These are the colleges where I have high chances of getting a seat for mbbs as my rank is on the lower side. I don’t really prefer Al Azhar as I’ve heard only negatives about that college. Azeezia is also an option. Which med college should I prefer???

pvt mbbs

i have limited options since my rank isn’t all that good in keam i have around 8k

thinking of amrita, snims, sut, pk das, azeezia…
snims was a great opt for me but then im in borderline score for state merit

if i go to other state counselling i’ll still get deemed or semi gov in tamil nadu or karnataka but total costs would still add up as much as how— or even more than it’ll cost me for amrita… im rlly confused cuz as far bc i have heard a lot of mixed opinions abt amrita’s administration and rules… anyone pls provide ur valuable insights here would be of so much help

Help regarding Self Financing Colleges

Hey all. I scored 519 in the re neet examination with an all india rank of 67388 and a kerala rank of 5159. But I’m confused about the self financing colleges that are possible with my rank. Travancore Medical college, Malabar Medical college, SUT and Somervell seems to be the colleges i can expect. Among these, what would be the priority order considering academics and hostel? Please help out!!

So for medicine:I’m referring to marrow notes + a note book ( where the short answers which are not present in marrow , I referred from Google + chatgpt + archit boloor)

Surgery: marrow + notes ( similar for short answer qn , referring short Bailey)
