Is this a good design and good stats
My Mega Whiscash design takes the base Whiscash concept — a goofy, underestimated catfish — and pushes it into a mythic, guardian‑of-the-swamp direction. The visual cues in my art show a creature that’s no longer just derpy; it’s ancient, powerful, and territorial, with a design that supports a bulkier, more threatening statline.
Pokedex Entry:
"When Whiscash Mega Evolves, ancient power surges through its golden whiskers, allowing it to absorb the life force of plants. It is said that entire swamps flourish or wither depending on its mood.
Its massive claws churn the riverbed with ease, shaping waterways to protect its territory. Grass‑type energy that once threatened it is now drawn into its tendrils and converted into overwhelming physical strength.
Legends claim that Mega Whiscash appears only when the balance of a wetland is disturbed. With a single roar, it can summon storms strong enough to reshape the land."

There are no Generation 2 Legendary Pokemon that can Mega Evolved so I'm making Lugia my pick as my last Generation 2 Pokemon that's getting a Mega Evolution. In Pokemon lore, Lugia is known be the "Guardian of the Sea" as explained in its Pokedex entries in games that feature Lugia. Lugia is also the leader of Articuno, Zapdos and Moltress as it's able to end the conflict between the three birds.
Pokedex Entry:
"True to its title as Guardian of the Sea, it's been said that Lugia can manipulate the water as if it's a weather conductor".
Ability: Guardian of the Sea
A custom Pokemon ability I've made up using Mega Meganium's Mega Sol ability as the basis idea. It means if the weather isn't currently raining, Mega Lugia's moves will be treated as if rain was active, which means Water types move deal 50% more damage, Fire type moves deal 50% less damage, Solar Beam and Solar Blade have power cut in half, Weather Ball becomes a Water-type move and power's doubled, Hurricane and Thunder get 100% accuracy, Recovery moves like Morning Sun; Moonlight and Synthesis heal 1/4 of user's HP. The reduction in the accuracy of the user's movements caused by the Abilities Sand Veil and Snow Cloak is ignored. Because Guardian of the Sea does not alter the weather itself, it is unaffected by the weather-negating effect of Cloud Nine. It also bypasses the Special Defense boost granted to Rock-type Pokémon during sandstorm and the Defense boost granted to Ice-type Pokémon during snow. However the consequences will be Electric and Rock type moves are guaranteed to hit Mega Lugia with 50% more damage.
Base Stat and Total:
HP: 106
Attack: 130
Defense: 60
Special Attack: 130
Special Defense: 224
Speed: 130
Total: 780
Type: Water/Flying

I mean, look at its long frame and bottom cloud. To me this is the body shape of a Gmax form.
After seeing the image of Tinkmaster from Pokemon Pokopia, I like to wish it was more like Mega Tinkaton we were hoping for in Legends ZA, but not. It looks perfect for Mega Evolution and for Poppy. Pretend Tinkmaster is Mega Tinkaton and Geeta along with the rest of Paldea’s Elite Four has Mega Evolution. Since Horizons will be continuing for another year I like this to be real.
Time to introduce a new member of my Mega Evolution creations, presenting to you all, Mega Mantine. Mega Mantine now gets a robotic makeover consisting of two Remoraid cannons designed to be water pistols that can fire tons of water firepower than what a normal Remoraid can do. Placed onto Mega Mantain is a mechanical Octillery which signals wind transactions and coverts it into wind energy enableing Mega Mantine to fire off massive typhoons.
Mega Mantine
Type: Water/ Flying
Ability: Drizzle
Stats:
HP: 85
Attack: 40
Defense: 100
Special Attack: 140
Special Defense: 110
Speed: 110
These stats match that of Mega Skarmory except the attacking and defensive stats are swap and Mantine gets +20 to HP as of Generation 7 onward and Mantyke was introduced in Generation 4 as its pre-evolution form.
The reason Mega Mantine gets Drizzle because it's the only weather summoning ability not assigned to any Mega Evolved Pokemon as Mega Charizard Y gets Drought, Mega Tyranitar keeps Sand Stream, Mega Abomasnow keeps Snow Warning and Mega Froslass newly gets Snow Warning.

We know Tinkmaster is an alternate Tinkaton in Pokopia but imagine if it can also be Mega Tinkaton if ever real.
Audino is one of my favorite pokémon, and I love it’s mega too. I’m just not sure if it’s worth mega evolving? Would it still be useful in raids as a mega if its IVs are this low?
