2020 Verado 400hp limp mode

I’m perplexed. My 2020 Verado 400 seems to be in limp mode. In neutral at the dock at around 2650 rpm, starts to sputter and RPM won’t increase. No alerts or alarms on Vessel View. Shows CORRECT oil pressure but…here’s the kicker. Dipstick shows no oil. What is going on?! It’s at my mechanic now but makes no sense at all. Anyone?

Lower won’t go all the way in.

Bought a used pontoon. Last owner said they never changed the impeller so I did. I can’t get the lower to slide all the way in. I don’t want to draw it in using the nuts. Is there a trick I’m missing?

Help with mercury tower of power trim.

I bought a boat with a mercury tower of power SN 7179330 (not sure of year). There's a few issues.

I can't get the trim to work. The switch on the throttle only activates the pump when pressing up. It does not move the motor. If I jump the solenoid the pump makes a sound like it's working but again no movement from the motor. The locks are off.

The starter won't crank with the key. I can hear it click but nothing happens. If I jump the starter directly the starter works. If I jump the solenoid directly below the starter, it works. My next step was to pull the ignition, there was a bit of green on some of the wires so thinking maybe a new ignition is needed?

The boat came with a brand new carb kit but the last owner broke the coupling for the throttle between carbs. Having a hard time finding a replacement in Canada.

I bought the boat, motor and trailer for 500 and I'm starting to see why lol.
