I've been building Avelo — a WhatsApp Business API platform for businesses that want to automate customer communication, marketing campaigns, and support workflows.

What frustrated me about existing tools was that most were either too expensive for small businesses, too rigid for custom workflows, or required heavy technical setup just to get started.

So I built Avelo around a few core ideas:

• WhatsApp marketing campaigns — bulk messaging with proper opt-in management
• AI chatbots — automate responses for sales, support, and lead qualification
• Team inbox — shared inbox so your entire team can manage conversations
• WhatsApp Business API access — official API, no grey-zone tools
• Automation flows — trigger messages based on user actions or CRM events
• Analytics — track delivery, open, and response rates

The biggest challenge has been making the platform useful for both small businesses (think D2C brands, coaching institutes, local services) and slightly larger teams with complex support workflows — without overwhelming either with unnecessary complexity.

Still early and actively iterating. Would genuinely love feedback from business owners, marketers, or founders who use WhatsApp for customer communication:
