Quienom snake (or whatever his name is) is a toxic hacker from MGSFC server (awful server btw) he got smashed so hard few days ago when he tried to raid my friends lobby

Made myself a launcher in the PS1 Metal Gear solid stye. Yes the taskbar popping up kills me.
Decided it would be fun to have the metal gear solid inventory to launch my most used programs. Uses png and a config.json for easy updates/customisation.

QS- quinium snake toxic hacker from MGSFC he's know for raiding Innocent players
Few days ago he tried to raid my friends using hacks but he got smashed so hard by them...pathetic
