Will mewing help me at this age? I also have a mild tongue tie idk if i should release it.
I’ve been weight training since I was a teenager; I’ve never stopped, I don’t use steroids, and I prioritize longevity.
Edit: Frontal profile photo, 25 years old vs. this morning, ignore the mess of my hair: https://imgur.com/a/KP5Jutj
Tried putting as many angles as i cld , i think its obvious my midface is recessed , and my lower jaw is long , but somehow i think both are recessed? i dont know , what can help? should i get marpe? im 22 ,my face is also down grown , can orthodotics help me get ccw rotation ? help plss , and my facial bones are sm smaller in scale with the average skull , i didnt get proper nutrition growing up. Surprisingly my bite is normal
does anyone else have this problem?
I’ve been trying to keep proper tongue posture, but I can’t seem to get my entire tongue on the roof of my mouth. I can place the tip behind my front teeth, but the middle/back of my tongue won’t stay up comfortably.
I’m currently undergoing Invisalign treatment and have a deep bite/TMJ issues, so I’m wondering if that could be contributing.
Has anyone experienced this? Was it due to a tongue tie, narrow/high palate, poor tongue mobility, or just lack of practice? What ended up helping you?
Are Different angles and lighting but visually you can see my jaw and mid face are an entirely different shape, and you can also see where I was recessed in the before compared now if you go of visual references like my mole or my nasolabial folds that are now gone
I didn't really care about it, until I saw pics of me taken from the front camera. It smashed my confidence to the ground. This wasn't the case when I was a teen, I started noticing it now.
Did someone fix a overbite/ jet here? Without orthodontics?
I have been working out a lot over the summer and starting to learn skin care, as well as ways to take care of my hair and help it grow in order to help me glow up, but honestly a main thing I want to fix now is my facial asymmetry. I can see that my face leans to the left but genuinely don’t know what I should be doing to fix it so any tip would be appreciate. Any extra tips for better habits and routines for the sake of getting a glow up would be helpful as well.
I am just curious what is inside, and whether they are there some good information
Idk if my maxilla or any of that shit is recessed but I do have an overbite so yeah. Idk how to fix shadow in middle of face too and obviously my nose is a large asl. If u know me and u see this ts is AI.
Went to some brutalrating place, and said, that my chin is recessed, but FaceIQlabs showed that I don't have any recession relative to the Frankfort plane. Who's more right? (Been mewing since September 2025.)
Edit: give me advice too pls, I want to maximize out my forward growth.
Edit2: I hope I won't appear in any YT video or forum.
Edit3: is my maxilla flat?
