For context, I’ve been using a pair of discontinued HyperX Cloud Flight S for the past 5 years.

I’ve been eyeing up the 105 AERs. I will be using them for mostly games like CS2, DayZ, Tarkov,Rust, and listening to music and YouTube. Comfort and sound quality including positional awareness are the highest priorities for me. Yes, I understand that IEMs are better but wearing earbuds all day doesn’t seem as comfortable and gunks up my ears over time. I can get the 105 AER for $299 on Amazon rn.

What DAC/AMP should I get with these? I’ll also be getting an XLR mic/boom arm.

If anyone uses the 105 AERs for gaming, please let me know your experience and what games you play.

Fosi k7 on the table...used different Y splitters and nothing works. My voice sounds like its coming from a closed room while mic is inside of a dogs belly.
I mean what the fuck...
I remember making it work somehow when I got it but there is NO WAY I could talk below normal. I need to yell. I don't want to yell.
Checked the connection on the cables, max volume everywhere...I don't even think i'm gonna fix it at this point. This is just frustration coming out.
