our corp is switching off the onprem exchange servers and wants us to move to the new Outlook. Which is fine, I use it for my own calendar.

But I also work as a PA and am delegate for my boss' calendar. So far, I used Outlook Classic for that since the calendar is more powerful.

One feature I am missing in Outlook New in particular is the ability to adjust Teams meeting options when acting as delegate (i.e. adding myself as co-organizer for meeting recordings etc.)
I know I can do this through the Teams but that means opening another app after scheduling a meeting.

Am I missing something here? Some permission or setting? I already have full delegate access (including private items).

Hopefully someone can help because I'm lost lol. I don't ever use Outlook, but set it up to try and do a mail merge email. I imported my contacts, and they all show up in my people list with their names and emails. I doubled checked all 156 of them and verified emails were all there. But if I click on them to send them an email, it says "one or more contacts is missing an email." I tried selecting only two contacts and got the same error message. Nothing online has helped me fix this. I see a lot of posts about right clicking on my contacts tab and validating my address book, but I don't even have that option. I have a people tab on the side, but right clicking gives me nothing. And despite poking around Outlook I don't even see an address book to try and validate. I'm using outlook from my 365 account if that helps.

About 6 months ago, my Microsoft account was hacked, and the password and recovery email were changed. I attempted to utilize the online support to no avail and eventually had to jump through many hoops to be able to contact a human being. After giving him all the information, he said he would secure the account and then work to transfer the account back to another email. It has now been 5 months since that call, and still, I have not received a single update. I've sent out multiple emails asking questions to absolutely zero response. I have also now been getting emails saying that their has been purchases made on my Microsoft account. I need to be able to access someone who actually can help me out with my issue.

I would enter the correct password and it would always say it was incorrect, even after changing it immediately. So, fed up with that, I put both my accounts on the Microsoft authenticator. What's the problem? I also had my Teams account there, and today I had problems, unsurprisingly with Teams, and I wanted to delete my Teams account from the authenticator but couldn't. So I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it. What's the problem? My Teams account is still there, but the Outlook account that gave me problems isn't there, and now to log in it sends me the code to the authenticator, but I don't have the account on the authenticator. In other words, apparently it's not sending the code anywhere. I've tried everything and more. I can't reset the password because without the authenticator it asks me to use two methods: the backup email and a message to my phone number. What's the problem? The email works fine, but the phone says that function is currently unavailable... in other words, I have no other way to do this. What can I do? I'm tired of this, microsoft became a nightmare to use in the last years... thanks for your time.

Outlook Work Email M365. I am losing my mind trying to search in Outlook. Please tell me it's me. I must be doing something wrong. I reset my password a week ago with no issues using the recovery form. I also started the 30 day security info reset at that time. Then a week later I got an unusual sign in attempt notification from a strange location. Within 3 days my password stopped working and I can’t login in, but it says my security info reset is still pending. My question is, how was a hacker able to reset my password during that time and why am I no longer able to check my email? Will I be able to reset my email after the 30 day period is up?

Been having this issue for the past week. Can confirm notifications are on in phone settings and Outlook settings. Even tried deleting the app and signing back into my emails to no avail. Help!!
