That's just Hong Lu except I changed his hair to be twin tails instead. Also I don't know if I did the right flair or if it even counts

Mittens Fluff 'n' Stuff is from an old line of dolls from my childhood called Lalaloopsy.
She really reminds me of Snow Miku.
