WW2 RAF pilots Revue watch 6B/159

Can anyone help with more information on this watch?

Google lens says it's a RAF 6B/159 specification watch, but I'm never 100% convinced by Google's results. From what I could find the Air Ministry specification 6B/159 was for high precision watches and various manufacturers made watches, like Omega and Longines. It seems that Revue Thommen also made watches but I can't find any other examples that match

The watch belongs to an elderly friend and it is likely to be something he inherited (though he doesn't remember any relatives that served in the RAF during the war). I'm trying to help get an idea of the value for him

Military-issued watches and a CMP Colt 1911

I was issued these watches throughout my 30s years of Army Service. I added the 1911 because all 1911s are cool!
