This is near the beginning of the game, but I'm going to mark it as spoilers anyway, just in case.

I fucking love mina the hollower now

After starting over but on switch instead of pc, having come up to beating dungeon 2 before, knowing what i know, i am having a blast. Beginning of the game is just rough for new players until after you beat dungeon 1 and get protospark. Rn, im in dungeon 3 septemburg and have gotten pretty decked out.

Since every screen is a challenge, it gets mentally taxing though, which is why i feel switch is better than pc for i can take breaks more and play in short bursts. On pc, it feels like i gotta commit for a long playthrough. On switch, after a hard segment, i can take a mental break and close the app.

What also made it easier for me mentally was making backup saves constantly through the copy feature. Has saved me bones i would have lost in early game.

This game is super unique. I tried to play it like a zelda or castlevania, but it really is its own thing. Can’t wait to beat it

Question about NG +

So I see that NG + Deletes the 'current' save to make a new one.

And it carries over your levels from previous playthrough. That much I already understand.

But does it create an 'entirely' new save file? Even if the 'current' save was 'marred' by the accessibility functions?

Messed up my below zero run

I read soooo many little blurbs about this run and NONE of them said anything about avoiding bonestone gems..they all just said avoid trinkets, and power ups. I assumed the gems were fine since you can use them to upgrade your levels. So annoyed. Don't really wanna start again. Feel like all the information of below zero is so sparse and all over the place.

Am I missing any significant content?

I just finished the game with 75% completion, it was really good. I avoided all wiki and know nothing other than what I've experienced. I want to know if there is any significant content that I could've missed. Not just trinkets but whole areas or bosses. No spoilers but urge me if I am missing for example a boss or area. I dont wanna have missed a big thing like godhome when I played hollow knight

For optional content I have done:

Skeleton dude

Moon girl

Shit fly person

Rabbit

Blue guy with flail

Blacksmith guy

Moth

Ghost girl

Also is new game + significant new content or is it a darksouls deal of just making enemies a bit harder and maybe some new enemy placement.

Any idea what this is?

Anyone have any idea what that thing is behind the pumpkin patch behind the Madd house in Kindlewood? I tried throwing pumpkins at it.

Bounding Bonanza Achievement Location

Just in case anyone else was looking for a location to get this achievement reliably!

Go to Bone Beach- west of the miner boss, where the mimic spawns. Weaken the mimic using whatever primary weapon you desire, then jump right in front of the second waterfall to the north and use your special while facing that waterfall. The grenades should bounce perfectly to land about right in front of the stone to the right of the entrance.

Hope this helps!

Update to a custom investor I made a day or two ago. Tell me what you think, criticism is very welcome.

Fav weapon?

Wondering what everyone’s fav weapon is. I got hooked on the nightstar early on and that decided my hole fighting style. It works and I like it. Should I be branching out here? Am I missing out?

Trinket loadout for final boss?

I'm getting my butt kicked in the final boss fight. I've tried a number of trinket combos and nothing seems to give me an edge. What combos or strategy works best?
