this project has already take 60 HOURS so heres a little bit of it

the sync is horrible, lighting is ass, and the animations could be a lot more fluid but im tired :') i tried

For some reason, if any model is placed in water that was part of a pre-made schematic or was imported from a Minecraft world (as is the case in this screenshot), the part of the object that is in the water becomes completely invisible. However, if a model is placed in a single block of water that was added using the Workbench, then the model can be seen through the water (as can be seen in this screenshot - the part of the diamond sword in the imported water is invisible, but the part of the sword in the single block of water is visible).

Changing the opacity of the imported terrain/schematic also doesn't help - the submerged model doesn't even become visible again until the opacity of the imported water is 0%.

1. Why does this happen?

2. How can I make it so that the models can be seen through the imported water? (other than removing all of the water from the original world and then replacing each block of water individually in Mine-imator afterwards)

When I download a skin to use on a character by putting in the username (the only user that i have used so far is my own), the part of the skin has either missing pixels or pixels that have changed color. Is this by my error, a rendering error, or something else? (Yes, i have tried using other skins and I still ended up with the pixel problem)
