Pedophilia support

In my opinion pedophilia will never go away I think we should be more understanding and supportive to those of us that are non acting pedophiles

It should be accepted and included in LBGT

What should the AOC be?

I'm just curious what people here think that the legal age of consent should be?

Thai main purpose of AOC is to protect children from harm, meaning the age should be set so anyone under the AOC is simply not capable of understanding the nature and consequences of sexual acts and therefore not able to give informed consent.

Personally I think it is important to protect children and I do agree that very young children are not able to give fully informed consent. However, it is obviously also completely ridiculous to claim that a 16yo or 17yo cannot understand the nature and consequences of sex. So having AOC at 17 or 18 is clearly ridiculous as it criminalizes what the vast majority of people are doing by that age.

So what do you think the "best" AOC is that balances both protecting children while at the same time doesn't criminalize something that is completely natural and healthy?

The romantic aspect of being a MAP?

The majority (if not all) of things relating to MAPs are focused on sexual attraction. I believe the emotional aspect doesn't get discussed at all. I personally have a greater emotional attraction, compared to a sexual attraction. I enjoy children's behaviors and mannerisms, and I get butterflies in my stomach when talking to them. I talked to non-MAPs about this (such as parents), and I believe my emotional attachment is more comparable to a romantic attraction; compared to something like parental love or believing children are cute. Does anyone else get these intense romantic attractions to them? I get sexual attractions, but I almost feel like my romantic ones outweigh them.
