There were multiple cars hit and a traffic jam on this flyover. Anyone has any idea what happened?

The guy inside the Cadillac seems fine but car is trashed. I also saw dash cam on one of the cars hit on the left so hopefully the culprit would be caught. Seems to be no casualties but I don't know if there were people injured.

Avoid Eglinton and Confederation Pkwy for few hours atleast.

Gray Subaru with plate CVND 652 ran a red light near Morning Star & Goreway.

Caught this on my dashcam in Mississauga the other day.
The car ahead of me slowly drifted off the road and rolled straight into a MiWay bus shelter, completely shattering the glass.
Thankfully, the shelter was empty and nobody was hurt.
The driver was completely sober but so exhausted and jet-lagged that he didn't even realize he was drifting until the impact.
The car was still in drive when I approached him. Cops were unfazed.

This clown made a U-turn in front of me on a 60km road by the SQ1 bus station. I caught his face and he had no care in the world. I'm getting sick of these drivers. I hit the brakes and beeped, my shitty camera didn't catch the plates.

Earlier today (around 4 p.m.), I witnessed this accident as I was just waiting to turn left. There was also an accident near Winston and Larid that I was driving by right before I saw this.
