I have read that his current C1 is really strong. Searched a bit to know how much a dps increase is it and Icy vein seems to say it is about 38,05% dps increase.

I can understand that his C2 is strong, res shred is always strong. But I have trouble to understand how strong is his C1

Are 50% damage crit for everyone and 1 more prism so crazy ?

The only limited electro character I have is Innefa and with how Flins has been able to work around shills by replacing a teammate or two, is Mitya’s performance with less than optimal teammates still viable?

Or are his beacon generation too reliant on stellar conduct for him to properly perform in any other team

Also I’m not into meta as much (as in fearless and dire clears) just want something viable
