Service to clean my car from mice

I moved to Toronto last week. Yay me!

At least one mouse traveled with me. I wasn’t aware until I unpacked. Evidence was droppings, and food chewed into.

I came from a place where hantavirus is known.

I need a professional service to ding the nesting and droppings, clean them out, and replace cabin filters.

FWIW I have a Tesla.

Can anyone recommend a service with experience in this?

Considering a mobile ski/snowboarding detailing/repair business

I'm wondering if anyone here has run a detailing or mobile business in a similar way. I have been brainstorming this idea a lot. I can easily move all the equipment necessary to operate the service. I think the hardest part might be sourcing clients. Would really appreciate any input.

unreasonable in expectations for interior detailing?

They are making me feel insane. I called the shop back and they said I’m expecting miracles and it’s not going to look like I just got it from the dealership etc etc. It was in REALLY bad condition beforehand and I told them I don’t expect it to have no permanent stains in the carpet or seats beforehand. But I don’t think it’s crazy to think that grime should have been wiped up and all dog hair vacuumed. They said I’m being too nit picky and that they have never had a customer complain about those “nooks and crannies” before. They had my car for 8.5+ hours and I paid $330. Is it really crazy to expect that they should have vacuumed all the dog hair and use a brush/pick tool to get the grime and dirt out?! He said that’s not part of interior detailing and that it would be a $500+ job to do all that. You guys tell me 🤷‍♀️

How do you handle quotes from website enquiries — do you have a system or is it still mostly manual?

Curious how other detailers manage this. When someone lands on your site and wants a price, what actually happens — do you have a form, a price list, or does it just go to a phone call/DM?

Finding that people want an instant answer and by the time I get back to them they've moved on. Wondering if anyone's solved this properly or if it's just part of the job.
