Mlbb beginner and Ive played aurora chou layla and dyrroth so far. Im not in any group so dont ask me my role😭
But i do like fighting if you wanna know my preference
Why do i always get mage and mm players in chaos clash? No matter what i play, they always lock two squishy heroes and be useless every round. It's either afk or two useless players. I hate having to 1v3, 1v5, 1v9 every mode ong
Maybe I'm the idiot for expecting people to pick properly in arcade when they don't even pick properly in rank in this server.
Bro just played like a crazy person
I snowballed early game and lost cause it always ended with Me v 5 due to his misguided set ups
Summoning all roam players COMEEEEE PLEASEEEEE
So ive been playing for about a year and 8th month i just mainly play for fun and im not competitive
Guini 1st pick and swapped me floryn. Then he picked yss gold last pick. Then blames that no tank. Both minsi and yss got chocolate.

Need an MM for my team
I play roam and usually initiate fights, but my teammates literally don’t follow up even when we’re grouped together 💀
I’ll set up a perfect engage and then look behind me like… where tf is my team? 😭
Need an MM who actually knows how to follow up and play with the team.
IGN-Slow
Rank-Legend (smurf)
Rank-immo(main)
Looking for player to rank up with. I can play any role tbh but i prefer going hyper.I like playing fanny and I don't get to use her consistently on my main so i started a smurf acc lmk if anyone is interested
Follow up of my roam needed post
Thank god this roam appeared and saved me from soloq hell
Trust me, flexing a pure soloq is not worth the headache. Get a duo and free peace of mind with it
(There were more results before I spammed chaos clash)
I mean i have personally seen this, i was constantly facing ping issues like many others who play "Moba legends". like everything would be fine but the sec i use any skill the ping will spike to 200 or shi like that.
So a while ago i had this glitch/problem back when the talk about indian server being crashed or data deleted whatever that when i switched my accounts and then logged into my main account nothing was loading beyond the home screen in game. after trying everything i downloaded "mobile legends" and for me it got fixed and everything started loading properly. Later this loading issue got fixed in "moba legends too" but the ping issue remained.
So I swiched to "mobile legends" by downloading it through google, and for me it got fixed, like idk how or why but it did. I dont why it happens, like except the world chat everything is same as indian server. Like india specific events, indian lobby (but with actually better ping this time like). Only in world chat i see south east asians talking, but other than that it's all perfect. (I think it's a better thing i dont see indian chat cuz 99 percent the time it is just people looking for girls to talk to or swap likes)
I wanted to post this so that people who face similar issue can try this method too and if it works for you tell me, so that i know it's not just me.
did she secretly got revamped or what also hanzo tank is cancer.
I’ve played MLBB for years on the SG/Indonesia server, and now that I’m playing on Taiwan/PH, the difference in ranked player quality is honestly ridiculous.
I’m specifically talking about **Mythical Glory–Mythical Immortal**, not pro players or tournament-level players.
From my experience, probably **70%+ of the players I met on SG/Indo at these ranks at least knew how to play properly.** They might not be amazing, but they understand rotation, objectives, map awareness, team fights, when to engage/retreat, and actually react to what their teammates are doing.
PH/Taiwan ranked is a completely different experience.
The chance of getting players with terrible game sense feels WAY higher. Passive for no reason, no rotation, ignoring objectives, not reacting to fights happening right beside them, randomly farming while the team needs them, trolling after one bad fight — sometimes I genuinely don’t understand how they reached Glory or Immortal.
And before someone says **“PH dominates MLBB esports”** — yes, they do. PH has produced some of the best professional MLBB players in the world. That proves their top-level players are extremely good. It says absolutely nothing about the quality of the average person you meet in ranked.
In fact, other players who have played across PH and Indonesia have reported similar experiences: Indonesia can feel more consistent in normal ranked games, with fewer trolls and more players who at least understand what they’re supposed to be doing.
And this also makes me question **stars/MMR and Global rankings across different servers.** A PH player having more stars or higher MMR and reaching Global doesn’t automatically convince me that they’re better than someone with lower numbers on SG/Indo.
If the average competition in your matchmaking pool is weaker, then naturally it can be easier to farm stars and MMR. From what I’ve experienced on Taiwan/PH, outside of the genuinely high-level players, the overall player quality drops off HARD. So seeing a PH player with higher stars or Global MMR doesn’t mean much to me without knowing what kind of lobbies they climbed through.
So based on my own years of playing both matchmaking pools, for mid-to-high ranked MLBB:
**SG/Indo average player quality > PH/Taiwan.**
PH may have one of the highest skill ceilings in MLBB.
But the average Glory–Immortal lobby?
**Filipino players can’t play.**
In recent 2 to 3 days i am getting indonesian teammates, they speak in their language and the game laga a lot, I am not using vpn... 🥲
I am player from india server but 2 days ago i randomly started queing into indonesia server. i am new to game so pls help
These mf are the real tanks. They just stand and see all our skills go in vain. How the fuck should I kill him? I try to ignore him but I can't always.
Happening once in 3 months now is the pattern. This never happend when game was banned, but now this will keep going for a week. Everything is third class service as always get
TL; DR: As a multi-season League of Legends Challenger at 2,500 LP player, I performed a 100-game empirical trial in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang). Even after limiting myself to play only with D-tier legacy hero (Zilong), I managed to obtain 80% win rate and Mythical Glory tier rank (89 stars, 1,821 MMR) just with fundamentals. However, I am going to stop playing this game forever. MLBB is a fundamentally broken competitive e-sport game with casualized mechanics (auto-aim, no vision control/wards), anti-snowball mechanics, power kit creep, and predatory balance cycles aimed to drive premium skins' sales.
Author’s Preface & Methodology
Being multi-season League of Legends Challenger player with 2,500 LP peak, my point of view on MOBA genre is strongly connected with high-level macro strategy, precise mechanical execution, and competitive integrity. To evaluate how mobile MOBA game compares to the PC version, I performed 100-game empirical trial in Mobile Legends.
In order to rigorously test the game's balance and mechanical depth, I handicapped my climb by playing only one D-tier legacy hero – Zilong. After playing 100 games with this character, I reached top-tier rank (Mythical Glory) with 80% win rate and obtained 1,821 MMR on the character. However, being aware of such impressive statistics, I found out that playing this game is unjustified. In the following post, I am going to explain why MLBB is not a balanced competitive e-sport game because of design flaws.
1. The Subversion of Snowball Mechanic: Flawed Comeback Architecture
In traditional PC MOBAs, making your opponent 0/6 in KDA and putting him to the 2-level and 2,000 gold disadvantage effectively eliminates that asset making them a liability for their team. This mechanic is rewarding better laning and macro. In MLBB, the comeback mechanics are poorly polished since underleveled and underplayed units can activate their ultimate abilities that provide them absolute invulnerability or crowd-control immunity. Then, if uncoordinated teammates try to engage these characters during their temporary invincibility period, MLBB's algorithms fully regenerate the low-skilled player. Thus, low-skill players can easily kill the opponents who build up macro advantage and invalidate early game skill expression.
2. Kit Disparity and Compression of Outplay Windows
There is a considerable generational gap between the heroes roster. The legacy heroes are having old-fashioned, unidirectional kits without any map mobility and just auto-attacks. At the same time, newly released, high-tier heroes have very overloaded kits with map mobility, untargetability frame, innate sustain and true damage ability. Such design gap is aggravated by the lack of complicated itemization. Since there are no utility items (such as stasis active or spell shield) in the game, the players piloting weaker heroes have to deal with mathematical ceiling problem. Even when they perform mechanically perfect gameplay, they will be unable to surpass their opponents' raw power with strategic itemization.
3. Automated Targeting Systems and the Elimination of Skillshot Mechanics
To adapt MOBA gameplay mechanics for mobile hardware, MLBB developers introduced point-and-click mechanics that simplify the basic gameplay interaction too much. With the help of such targeting system, the high-damage assassins can use full damaging combos in 0.2 seconds after activating hard crowd-control chains. It makes the player unable to do any reposition, outplay or even use defensive spells since all the actions have to be performed instantly and mechanically.
4. Information Asymmetry: The Lack of Vision Mechanics
MLBB doesn't have any vision control mechanics like wards. Due to the compact map size and the high amount of brush ambush spots, jungle and peripheral lanes become extremely risky zones for high-burst archetypes. Players are missing the tools to scout the areas and obtain map information. Thus, weak characters have to navigate around their territory with great risks turning map movements into statistical guesses.
5. Predatory Balance Cycles and Commercialization of the Metagame
Balance mechanics in MLBB show parasitism between the monetization and the game competitive integrity. Since the game is not trying to maintain stable ecosystem, the balance lifecycle is consciously designed to maximize the revenues. In MLBB, new champions and those who received premium, expensive skins are consistently introduced or nerfed to become highly overpowered. Artificial power inflation becomes an incentive to make microtransactions, thus destabilizing the metagame. Using this predatory tactic, the developers show profound institutional greed undermining the fairness of the ladder and turning the competitive gameplay into monetization vector.
6. Macro Disconnect and Systematic Matchmaking Volatility
Matchmaking mechanics of MLBB are unable to filter the players based on their macro strategic understanding. The average competitive players' base perceives the game as the casual arcade brawler game instead of MOBA game. The absence of tactical awareness can be shown in the situations after clean team wipe. Instead of performing a direct push through the lane to destroy the unprotected enemy nexus and finish the match instantly, teammates spend time killing the neutral boss monster. This tactical mistake increases the match length unnaturally and gives the defeated opponents an opportunity to respawn and build comeback artificially.
Conclusion
For the player who is used to play on the highest tiers of PC games, MLBB can be hardly called balanced competitive esport. It is designed as the casual consumer product oriented on the short mobile gaming sessions. Game architecture fails to reward tactical superiority, map control, or the basic MOBA mechanics. Instead, the competitive integrity is undermined by volatile balance mechanics encouraging cosmetics for highly overpowered heroes combined with the dependence on teammates lacking strategic understanding.
EDIT: No-Handicap 100-Games Ultimatum
To the locals who desperately move the goalposts in the comments saying "you only played against bots/casuals" and "You don't know anything about the game": Challenge accepted.
You have convinced me to play with your game a little bit more. I am going to perform the next 100-game empirical trial – but this time without the handicap. I am dropping D-tier Zilong. I am picking up 1 or 2 of your current, absolute broken S-tier jungle hyper-carries and I am going to trivialize your "high-end competitive" Mythical Immortal brackets with pure fundamentals from the PC Challenger.
Expect a follow-up post in a week. I will present the screenshots, win rates, MMR and undeniable mathematical proof that your highest ranks are nothing but an arcade illusion inflated by cosmetics. See you on the ladder; what will you say after I reach 300 stars in your bullshit game? 😉
Looking for teammates, preferably mid or roam , ill play jungle.
Timings : After 6pm
Currently in legend, highest rank is glory
VC would be nice but not necessary.
