About the spinoff series Marie route.
I’ve recently learned it exist I’ve been manga and anime only so far with the series as a whole but the spinoff sounds interesting to read. If I read it will it spoil stuff from the main route? Or is it safe to read it at the same time?

Season 2 episode 7 review....
So that was how she >!died!<
The good - They actually went and showed Her death, the irony being how Leon died. Yandevia resurgence, Mylene, Marque Frampton's downfall.
The bad - They could have just straight up used Luxion for the records instead of Hertrude, some story changes make Luxion feel like a weaker version of itself.
The ugly - Nothing much, I've accepted it is what it is.
The conclusion - "That" is coming, otherwise it's getting towards the right path.
The adaptation - The episode adapts chapters 52-53 of the manga and first half of the 7th chapter of the LN volume 3.

Episode 7
The animation was horrible. Did you see Leon’s face? It looked hastily drawn and the king’s hair was not the blue color like in season 1. Don’t even get me started on the shading of Angelica and Olivia’s uniform at the start of the episode. There was to much shine in the shadowing.

Is Anoseka better than Mobuseka?
I read 3 volumes of Anoseka and found it completely superior to the main work. I'm not the biggest fan of sibling romance, but Leon and Marie are much more compatible than Leon is with half of his wives. The two of them together made me root for them much more than Leon did with his last wives, except for Mylene.

Why many criticism here missing the point of the series?
like people criticize the lack of romance development when that's not the story's main focus but they complain a lot about it and making it bad writing issue and bad execution for the whole story and there is other criticism from people taking the story too seriously when it should be abvious the story is half gag and comedy

Episode 6 was great! I think they did a good job with the execution scene, and the marie and Leon reveal at the end was done great imo as well, very funny. I do think this is the best episode of the season by far.
