Hello! Is it crazy (due to the likelihood of hot temperatures) to travel to Modena at the end of August with two children aged 6 and 1? We will be in Europe for a last minute family event in Hungary and my husband would like to see some family in Modena while we are in Europe. However I hesitate to go to Emilia Romagna with children at the end of August out of fear of the temperatures being too hot. I know weather is unpredictable. To combat the heat of course we would stay in air conditioned accommodation with a pool, be outdoors in morning or evening, etc. We would have a car and it seems like there are many indoor activities to do if too hot outdoors (Ferrari and Lamborghini museums, caseficios, acetaias, prosciuttifios, etc). If a terrible idea please let me know. We could try to meet up with family in another area of Italy nearby but of course this is not ideal.

Ho un background nel tech (università STEM lasciata in sospeso diversi anni fa) e sto cercando un modo concreto per rientrare nel settore.

Prima di investire due anni vorrei capire se qualcuno ha esperienza diretta con questa fondazione, oppure se ci ha avuto a che fare tramite stage o lavoro.

Mi interessano soprattutto opinioni sulla qualità della formazione, dei docenti, degli stage e sulle reali opportunità lavorative dopo il diploma.

I recently lost a lot of weight and now it’s time to “tone up”. I hate gyms but I just have to suck it up and go. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for good gyms with a good atmosphere and staff that offer trainers included in the monthly membership. I don’t know if that exists but I thought I’d ask. I live very close to the city center.

Ciao, conoscete supermercati a Modena che vendono ananas trasportata via aereo? In Veneto, per esempio, l’ho trovata nei supermercati Alì, ma a Modena non l’ho trovata.

I was just in Modena and loved the Archer Spritz at Archer. I forgot to take note of all what was in it but it’s an all-time drink.

Does anyone know what’s listed in the menu as ingredients? I’m gonna try to recreate at home.

sto cercando consigli su come trovare un appartamento a Modena.

Ho provato a cercare su Idealist, Casa e Immobiliare. Ho inviato messaggi, e-mail e SMS, e ho chiamato tutti quelli che potevo. Mi sono recato di persona in quattro diverse agenzie immobiliari. Dopo una settimana di ricerche, sono riuscito a fissare solo un sopralluogo per stasera.

C'è un modo migliore? Di recente ho accettato un posto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato come ingegnere in città e sto cercando un posto dove vivere il prima possibile. L'unico mio svantaggio come potenziale inquilino è che non parlo molto bene l'italiano (almeno per ora!).
