What countries do you ship to? Why isn't my country included?

Beni ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Due to limited first-batch production capacity, we're not able to ship to all regions at Kickstarter launch. Once we move into general retail availability, we plan to expand to more countries.

We're focused on our direct-to-consumer launch right now. For retail or distribution inquiries, please email support@mondorobotics.com and we'll follow up after launch.

No internet needed for Beni's core features — follow, film, and play are all handled on board. Your footage stays on Beni's internal storage (or your own microSD card), and all processing runs locally by default. The only time Beni goes online is for optional AI editing — and always with your permission.

12-month limited warranty from date of activation (first power-on).

Covers: manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions under normal use, firmware issues.

Not covered: drops/impacts, water submersion, unauthorized mods, normal wear.

Contact support@mondorobotics.com confirmed defects get free replacement + prepaid return shipping.

Yes, and here's how it works at each stage:

$10 Reservation: Fully refundable anytime before you complete final payment.

Kickstarter Pledge: Cancel anytime before the campaign ends via Kickstarter. After funding, you can still request a full refund anytime before shipment.

After Delivery: You have a 15-day return window. Beni needs to be unactivated (not yet linked to the Beni app), in original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is on you.

Using Beni with the remote controller alone does NOT count as activation, activation only happens when you connect to the app.

100% real. Every video is captured with actual Beni hardware in real environments.

Beni is optimized to track people and dogs autonomously. Beni won't auto-follow objects like balls or RC cars at this stage — but you can manually pilot Beni to capture those shots.

9.What’s next after i paid my $10 deposit?

We will launch Kickstarter on July 8th. There will be a special link for you to purchase Beni from $489.

Right now we're focused on making the consumer experience rock-solid first. Developer/API access isn't available at Kickstarter launch, but it's something we're exploring for the future.

We are actively refining its adaptability right now. What kind of terrain or obstacle course should we throw Beni into next?

My dream accessory is the Beni Protective Skin Kit — removable, soft-touch silicone skins that protect Beni’s original white body from scratches, bumps, dust, and everyday adventures without changing what makes Beni, Beni.

The skins would be custom-fitted around Beni’s head, camera, sensors, arms, wheels, and rear module, with raised bumper edges for extra protection and easy-to-clean silicone for daily use.

They could come in removable skin colors like Midnight Black, Racing Red, Ocean Blue, Neon Green, Pastel Pink, Pastel Purple, and Clear — giving every owner a way to protect, personalize, and style their Beni.

In this mode, Beni will keep its eyes on the subject and moves forward. Even when encountering uneven roads, the image remains very stable.
