Is there a way to get ahold of an actual person? All I get is AI responses. I've tried email and the chat on the website.

Anybody tried the luggage covers yet? I have three piece white set and would like to protect.

The Lifetime Warranty was advertised everywhere but reading the fine prints, it seems that cracks are not covered unless a paid upgrade is purchased.

Is that true? It seems counterintuitive since many designs of the suitcase (e.g. the corner protection of the Hybrid Carry On) were to prevent cracking so it should be a manufacturing flaw if it did indeed crack, no?

I’ve also seen posts on Reddit where cracks were covered under the standard warranty, so I just want some clarification before dropping money on the suitcase.
