More details have been released on Thursday morning's fatality on Capshaw Road
We finally have more information on the person killed on Capshaw Road Thursday morning. The person killed was a 16-year old teenager, and it happened about 4:10am. ALEA is the investigating agency, and they are looking for a black Toyota 4Runner. As rumored, it was a hit and run.
