Hi, I I have recently started playing wilds and I have a question about artians.

So with the expansion being announced I feel it's kinda wasteful to try and roll for perfect artians. I have scouted my rarity 8 charge blade chart fifteen deep and found a few contenders for, what I think should be, good enough artians.

These are the rol

1* - 4 ele, 1 atk

2* - 2 ele, 2 atk, 1 shr

2* - 2 ele, 1 atk, 2 shr

1* - 2 ele, 1 atk, 1 shr, 1aff

Which of these should I use, and for which element. if that is important. Is the 4 ele best used on a dragon cb because gog is important to farm. ( Or should I just use Zho shia cb on gog?)

I'm new in MHwilds and I got to Hr70 and using Shatterseal, any suggestions for armor?? And where to farm some decos and armor spheres?

Title says it all, usually a bow main but recently started playing again so trying to learn another weapon which is LBG so decorations and armor pieces to get the best from both weapons.

Any recommendations on how to best upgrade my current build for shatterseal?

Would like to be able to generate wounds more often if able.

From what I understand I should chase higher damage since that ends up helping creating wounds anyways?

Also, between Resentment, Attack, Agitator', etc which one should I be prioritising?

Preference is either sword and shield, hammer, bow or GL, I just keep losing to him constantly, I get one shot repeatedly, and I can consistently get him to phase 2, but when I get in there and swap to dragon, I tried gl and ended up not doing enough dragon damage because he's flapping around half the fight, and the rest of it he constantly moves so I can't combo much, so I don’t think gl will work too well for me.

Hello, returning player here. I have no played since... I want to say TU1, back when PC performance was wildly (hehe) varied. Prior to whenever I stopped playing, there wasn't all these new "RNG" talismans or higher tier artian weapon trees. Basically, I'm hella lost and had a few questions to catch up.

I could just youtube/google it to find my answers, but there's so much clickbait slop between incorrect/incomplete information websites and clickbait youtube channels that don't necessarily answer my question. It is a tad overwhelming. I'd rather not sit through a 15-20 minute video that does not provide me the information I'm looking for, so I'm here to ask for assistance instead.

• Which uh... title update are we currently on? Is it TU 4 or 5?
• Is there an up-to-date guide on how to play insect glaive? I had read somewhere that around TU 4, there were some core changes made to make the weapon more accessible.
• Is there an updated guide for how armor works? I had read that you can now transcend (upgrade?) armor as another mechanic but I don't know anything about it.
• What are "RNG" talismans?
• There are so many additional event/optional hunts and new monsters to hunt that I'm unfamiliar with; I started in Worlds and there are some returning monsters from older games that I have never encountered before. Are these worth farming?
• On the topic of farming: Which hunts are providing the most materials in terms of armor spheres, upgrade/craft mats, etc.???

Context: a monster is sleeping and i want to hit it with a mega barrel bomb, which attack is the best to use? The strongest.

I thought of using Iai spirit slash (the sheath counter) BUT it does take away one level. I've been trying to counter when one of my friends who use GS and Hammer hit the barrel and counter the explosion. If someone does know which attack to do in solo it would help a lot!

Hello! As the title says, anyone can give build recommendations for lance and dual blades? My main is dual blades but I've been using Lance for monsters I'm having a hard time with (ex. Gogmazios, any 9 stars monsters) because I suck and keep dying. If anyone can recommend any good builds, I'd really appreciate it!

you are my last hope at this point lol. i dont have access to gogma as of yet, but i did bring down AT arkveld and i know some gamma pieces have good skills for an elemental build. my goal would be to make the best possible dragon element switchaxe and have an easier time against gog, any suggestions? thanks in advance!

I’ve tried spamming it, holding it, and timing it, but I can only ever hit an SAED via using an AED first.

If I hit circle+triangle at the same time after a perfect guard, it only loads my phials.
This is with a charged shield and full phials.

I just love Evade skills, thats why they are in there. But give me some suggestions! :) Edit: Challenger charm V already in it.

I saw a speedrunner slot 1 level of part breaker in an AT arkveld run and they were getting a huge amount of staggers and topples compared to not using it. I’m wondering what the math behind it is and how big of a difference there is between levels 1 2 and 3. This is all using a pierce coating bow.

I’m grinding for an Artian Lance before I start my Omega, Gogmazios, and Endless Sea and Skies Armor Sphere grinds. When I finally settle on an Artian Lance roll,(looking for 1-2 sharp, 3-4 attack) should I Prioritize Dragon, Fire, or Thunder?

There are so many different sites and videos with build progression that are all different, that I’m not sure which ones are up to date or just blatantly wrong. Can anyone recommend a good site, post, or video for great sword weapon and armor progression? I believe I’m just past rank 60, and I’m starting into tempered apexes (starting to get hunter symbol 3) but I was getting thrown around with the gear that was supposed to be good till I got to gogmazios and omega. I looked at a couple different places and I’m starting a set that’s made from the tempered apexes, but I just wanted to know a clear path forward.

I was using a four piece g fulgar set and an off piece blango piece all fully upgraded.

I'm starting on my artian weapons and I looked at the database guide in the pinned channel, but i don't think i saw it say what gogma route to pick, or is it just attack all the way through from artian parts to the final gogma upgrades?
