How are you all feeling about this scheduled update? Are you more enthused about the cooking class or the overhaul of Competition Mode?

Returned to check the game out after playing when it first released. I don't know if that's the reason why, but I noticed I don't have both the Werewolf Tail and Demon Tail in the monster parts menu.
Are they supposed to be unlocked by doing something in-game? I've seen people wearing the demon one, and the Werewolf one is listed in the wiki, so I don't know what could be causing this.
Does anyone know what I can do? :-(
With the price of the new sets, I wonder if I should get this gamepass? I tried grinding normally last night and was able to get 10k pretty quickly (without the gamepass). The gamepass cost 500 and rn i only have 848 robux. I've also heard that the devs are getting rid of the ghoulars that spawn in the maps , which would make the gamepass worthless. So should I buy it or no?
I wish we can toggle pattern on this corset , it's gorgeous but ( I don't to feel ungrateful but..) when I bought this I thought every single part of this corset would be colourable , if this is how it's meant to be like srry ..
I keep going through the first steps of the game, getting to the "YOU DIED" part after being hit by a truck, and then I can't move my mouse to select a body type. I have tried hitting all my keyboard buttons, changing my settings, and I still can't get it to work. So I've tried looking around online for answers, and found a bunch of things saying the game was down and that there have been tons of issues. Is there anything I can do to get past this? I really just want to experience this game. Otherwise, please give me some other game recommendations similar to this level of "development" (if that's the right word for it) and vibe. Thanks! ◡̈
Currently, my Friendship Status with Khalil is at 17%. I gave him Leaves, but received a deduction of one point (-1). I just repeated his quest, but I have to continuously flee due to my health depleting at such a rapid rate. Is anyone else struggling in progressing your friendship level with Khalil? I appreciate any tips you might have to counter this problem.
I've been waiting forever for them to drop the mermaid tail/set. Only to buy it and it looks like this. Just another tail like the body mods, you just have to PAY for it. I'm not sure if this is in any way related to the set they showed in teasers but i wish I could get my ghoulars back.
I used to be a diehard rh fan (until the new castle came out which I argue was the begging of the end for the game) when I found out about monsterverze and what it had to offer I was ecstatic for its release. We all know how its release went, however, I wanted to be patient I wanted to give this game a chance but now we are 6+ months deep into the game and problems that occurred in the beginning are still happening NOW. I love the concept of the game however I cannot keep playing a faulty, partially realised game. In the reddit, TikTok and Twitter mv spaces there are more complaints then there are praises, its always something off with the game whether it be poor gameplay/ lack of updates or just a lack of communication (which I understand the team is small however they should’ve taken this to account before pitching to the world a GOOD CONCEPT) I truly wanted to fall in love with the game but I couldn’t. So I kindly ask why do you guys still play monsterverse? (Like what keeps you going?, is it hope for better. Do you enjoy the state its in now?)

I don't want to sound ungrateful, but I wished they would stop adding new sets for a bit. I do think the new sets are really pretty, but i feel thats all the updates included besides bugfixes. I could be wrong but that how it feels. I just really wish they would add more gameplay mechanics because MV is kinda boring right now, there is not much to do but grind for the new sets, and that can take so long and be boring. I wish they would release something new, and it doesn't even need to be a way to farm for more goulards.
I also want to know if I am the only one who feels disappointed when we get a sneak peak of something new, like the weapons or new areas on the map and for it not to be in the next couple of updates. I feel like I keep getting my hopes up for nothing.
I believe Peach mentioned that there’s a chance that, when doing a quest for an NPC, you receive a quest which has the character’s outfit as a reward. I also remember her saying the chance of getting this quest in less than 1% so.. has anyone gotten the quest yet and has photos of the outfits?
With the sudden rise in inflation and set/addon prices skyrocketing, I think it’s time there needs to be better ways to deal with the ghoular circulation cause it’s affecting the game and making a negative environment that feels more like a grind sesh than anything else. You can walk around for 20mins tops then get bored and comp mode can only be entertaining for so long The millionaires aren’t affected but the casual ones are because not everyone has the time to grind for hours and not everyone can just install an autoclicker and leave their devices on for hours. (Still remember when they allowed auto clickers. Big mistake imo)
I have two propositions:
a ghoular limit to be set for everyone’s balance. Either the max is 1-2mil or the amount of everything together in the shop. This is to prevent over hoarding and stacking up ghoulars over time as if everyone’s millionaires trying to get the most rich title then have nothing to do with the money once you get everything-.- not only could this help keep the playerbase at a balance but also helps keep the playing field even.
A taxing system to attempt to wipe out most ghoulars in circulation. I’m not sure if it’s possible to do (I barely know much about coding) but If it’s possible I’d set a system where if you’re in the shop it takes your ghoular balance and puts in a specific tax for your item purchase
5k and less: 0%
10k or more: 5%
100k or more: 10%
500k or more 15%
1mil or more: 20%
10mil+ or more: 40%
The cart amount wouldn’t matter but depending on your balance you would get steeper taxes (something I think should happen irl cause millionaires deserve to get more money taken cause they can actually afford it)
This is just a little idea of mine and is probably flawed, I’d love to hear more ideas to help with the economy cause if they keep up trying to punish all for just some of the rich, the game will die
A new update has been released, and it is the Lunar New Year Collection. They have also made bug fixes within the game. The new code is LNY26, which you can redeem in game by going to the settings menu. Additionally, some of the new monster part animations will be arriving in a follow up patch. I wanted to let you all know that the Lunar New Year Collection has been temporarily removed from the game while the developers fix a few bugs affecting it.
The collection will be returning soon. If you have already purchased it then you will not lose it. This is only a temporary removal so the team can address the issues surrounding the set.
As compensation the developers have released a code and the code is PATCHES26.
This question may have already been asked in the server but I couldn’t find a recent post. I’m a returning player, I played on release and after the updates dwindled I stopped playing. I’ve recently returned and wanted to play the competitive mode.
But after playing in a few servers I am unable to see all outfits when voting. I knew this was an issue when I last played. Has this not yet been fixed? Or is it an issue on my end. Thanks a ton
