I wanted this little corner to feel calm and simple, somewhere I can sit down and actually focus. The desk pulls out too, which gives me a bit more room when I need to spread things out. It’s been a nice spot to work without feeling distracted.
Mid-project... I love the moody maximalist looks and am so tired of greige. I want the room to have personality and functionality. The hollow space on the left is where a the original fold out ironing board with a door will go. Any suggestions on how I could improve the vision?

I’m trying to decide on a paint color to color wash the non-accent walls in my living room. The vibe is dark/moody so im ok with the room feeling a bit smaller. The accent wall is sherwin Williams cascades and it’s staying that color. The swatches (sherwin Williams) are from top to bottom:
Pewter green
Rosemary
Dried thyme
