So I'm new to the game been playing mostly draft with my friends because ranked looks scary . Morde and Mundo are my 2 faves top rn but 1 character that I absolutely hate is Nasus , he is the most braindead champ ever I swear and when I looked at the database for morde it said that Nasus was weak against morde with a 46% win rate which I don't understand because by the mid game I can't do shit to him , I get it that by the early I should dominate him but Nasus mains once they get their 3 abilities they just poke me with the death circle and play defensive and wait for the wave to bonce to their tower and I can't do anything after he farms 3 waves he outscales me so hard I can't beat them with my ult and his slow is completely broken , even if I beat him early and get the tower when I leave the lane he just farms a bit and outscales me completely genuinely what do you do against this champ my only hope is that 1 day riot will just delete this filth from the game

Specifically Diamond and up. There was one EUW Challenger who had 2 great videos but never uploaded more. Federals1 has good content and talks about matchups but doesn't go through his decision-making process in the actual game. Anyone else?

well when i get laned against tahm i always get stomped no matter what i do my elo is plat-emerald i would really appreciate some tips and tricks to win lane

When you play against a “good” Mundo as Morde it truly feels like you are a trying your hardest and this crazy, insane purple monster just shrugs it off and then at 1 item or more becomes just completely OP.

You kill him once or something but it’s like it never happened.

It truly plays like a DBZ scenario where you are Vegeta trying your hardest and he’s some OP “take it easy, utterly psychotic, annoyingly cheerful” character like Majin Buu or Recoome.

The worst is when you all-in him and then he escapes with a drop of health and just regenerates while his jungler comes in and die… or god forbid his passive magically turns on near the exact second you R.

Mid to late game, NO ONE knows how to deal with him. Since you’re Morde, you probably don’t have a frontline.

Meanwhile, he either damage soaks to a win or keeps perma pushing to keep you at tower (you can’t dislodge him, if you 2-3 vs him it’s wasting time).

Feels like quite the miserable matchup.

Day 1 of becoming daddy Morde main and want to know what are some of the roughest matchups and what are the ways to deal with them. For instance, would srs rocketbelt be good vs ranged? Are there any other champs that just out stat check you? Etc

Can anyone give me reassurance that it’s possible and not as hard as they make it out to be ? 😭

I think at least emerald is definitely possible or low diamond but I love morde so much and I see everyone talking about how weak he is currently.

What are things I need to focus the most on? (Itemization, macro, skillshots, ect)

Calling all high elo mordekaiser avengers IMMEDIATELY.

Is it normal to not get the Shan Uzal icon when you unlock the skin? Is it like because it’s the second release or sum

Surely they must realize how weak he is and be somewhat interested in tweaking him

Morde ain’t that bad if you know when to pick him. Most top laners have kind of become situational picks and that’s just what their identity will continue to be unfortunately. Morde will always be a bad pick into high mobility comps. He’s only good right now as a solid counter to certain champs top lane, and I’d say he does his job at that pretty well. Garen, urgot, illaoi, and most tanks are free matchups for him, and you can often snowball those leads into wins.

I’m fairly new to Mordekaiser and only play him in jungle as I don’t like top lane, in the 15 games or so I’ve played some games either go extremely well and others not so great and I’m thinking it’s because of itemisation / runes. If there’s any experienced Morde junglers out there please let me know how you build him / any tips are welcome.

To preface this I’m Gold 4 and mainly played Udyr & Shyvana to get there, but really like Mordes character design and abilities.

Build I usually go 1. Dusk + dawn 2. defensive boots 3. Rylais 4. Riftmaker 5. The rest tank items depending on enemy team

One other thing, does he fall off a cliff when hitting higher ranks?
