I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom and bathroom in a student apartment near WVU. The lease is available starting ASAP, and I’m hoping to find someone who is looking for housing for the upcoming school year. The lease is for Northside Hills and runs from August 11, 2026 - July 19, 2027.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom and bedroom. It also includes in-unit washer and dryer, basketball and volleyball courts, and swimming pool for residents. Parking is free. It’s in a convenient location for WVU and would be a great option for a student looking for a place close to campus. A shuttle runs daily to take students from the apartment complex to the campus if transportation is an issue.
My bedroom and bathroom have been kept neat and thoroughly cleaned, as well as the common living room and kitchen.
