I've been noticing people mash on Kano's mid ball or they get hit on purpose. Probably because they dont want to be next to me axeless. I now figured out the timing to make it full combo 😎. Both in the corner and midscreen. See slow mo segment. It's not new tech VGY figured it out awhile ago. Although inconsistent.

This is my first MK or any fighting game that i actually play consistently. I immediately gravitated to smoke because if his flashiness and after playing him for a while i reached grandmaster but its was very hard because all his moves are predictable. I really wanna main someone else better than smoke and needs less mastery pressing combos super fast. but also flashy. I can’t decide who!! Helpp
I really like using Shujinko against Raiden but I wish there were better ways to open people up with Shujinko. He is still a fun kameo since he is different pending on who you fight.

So yeah as title says, i just dont know how to beat omniman. I've been trying KL just for the last two seasons and Omniman is everywhere 😭 all he has seems plus or unpunishable, apparently he can just dodge projectiles ?! Most of the time he just hovers full screen away from me and i dont know what to do about it cause the shit that comes next apparently tracks, and i also get caught a lot by his super quick overhead punch. All i could identify is that his ground pound into grab thingy breaks armor but for the rest i'm clueless, i dont know whats safe or punishable about him.
I must be missing something here because when i read about him on subs eveyone's like ''oh he's a scrub killer, he has no safe strings, it's so easy to counter him''... So if you guys could give me some guidance, i'd be really grateful 🙏🏻

I love Mortal Kombat. I love all fighting games really but Mortal Kombat means something to me. I’ve been playing this game since I was nine years old and I have never thought about dropping it, but one thing has me on the edge and it is Johnny Cyrax players. The issue isn’t losing. I’m perfectly fine with losing. It’s one game move on the issue is all of them are copy and paste of each other same combo same mixups same toxicity it feels like they’re on modern street fighter controls, just pressing the same button for a combo the way that it is the exact same for every single one of them and it’s like I’m playing them back to back at one point I thought it was just the same guy because there is no way that so many people are doing the exact same thing I cannot be alone and feeling this hatred for this particular type of “person”
I was playing pretty aggressive mainly because I play for TEK and know and play some seriously good Ermac players and wanted to see how this guy did with someone in his face applying pressure. I lost the 2nd match and went to my main team Sub/Sub. I figured if I uploaded all 3 matches the clip would be way too long. I went with Sonya tonight but if I am in a bind I am running to the Sub kameo 9/10x.
They also t-tagged in the previous round and that backfired too.
I’ve been messing around with cyrax today, this was the best I could come up with so far without videos. I like this set-up because it works well with both shujinko and mavado, but I still haven’t figured out how best to finish this out. Any tips? (21 at the end was just button mash T-T)
